A professional and caring service. Limited physio/rehab, variable coverage overnight. Otherwise content.
Thank you for your feedback and kind comments about our caring and professional service. It very much matters to our care, nursing and domestic staff.
We recognise your observations regarding physiotherapy, rehabilitation as well as the overnight coverage. We will pass your feedback on to the HCRG therapy teams.
Only negative was patient transport. Cancelled a heart appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. Also, some cleaning staff sitting in patient rooms on their phone. Called PALS 2 weeks ago and still no call back
Thank you for taking the time to review Dads stay at Little Manor.
I am pleased that you have been able to raise your concerns regarding Hospital transport with Pals. As I mentioned when we spoke, the transport service is managed externally by the hospital and is very much out of our control....

The staff are amazing at Little Manor, always there to help and make you feel welcome. Had a few hiccups, but that was sorted out really quickly. The home was always nice a clean and tidy. My mum liked being there, but just wanted to go home.

Most of the rooms are full of light and the whole atmosphere I felt was encouraging.

The physios were kind and helpful and encouraging with helping me to walk again with a zimmer frame.
The meals were well cooked and enjoyable. I must admit I could not have been treated any better. Thank you.
Mum was transferred from Salisbury hospital after falling and breaking her hip. The care mum received from the staff has been excellent, they are all helpful and very kind. Her room was big, clean and bright. Although mum did not make any progress with the physio, this was not down to the staff's effort and encouragement. Although names of staff are not to be included, there are a few that have been outstanding and it would have been nice to recognise them.
The stay was very comfortable. Room very clean.Staff excellent and looked after me very well.
The method of entry to the home for visitors led to much frustration as it relied on someone being there to answer the call bell.
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your time spent at Little Manor. The staff are excellent and are so caring in all they do. I am sorry you felt that the food was not to your standard and we will take your comments on board and feedback to our catering department. Entry into the...

The care they took of me surprised me. I had a very painful back so they found me a very comfortable reclining chair, which really helped.
The food on the whole was very good, the only thing they could improve on, was the vegetables, some were dry and tasteless.

It is wonderful to hear the staff were all so caring and friendly it is so empowering to receive such positive feedback of the care and support they provide daily.
From day 1 the staff were so kind and caring and when Dad went home he was stronger than before his fail. This was down to the staff at Little Manor and we cannot thank them enough for looking after our dad.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were welcoming and informative. All the carers were very attentive, but due to language difficulties, it was sometimes difficult to understand one another. All the staff, from cleaners, care staff, physios & OT, plus the medical staff, were professional and caring. Although names are not to be included, two care staff were exceptional.
Thank you so much for taking the time to send such a positive review of your experience of Little Manor. I will be sure to let the team know.
