I can't say very much; this is only my second visit. I have enjoyed my visit and was very well looked after by the staff. I have found the staff to be very accommodating to us and to our friend.
Kind Regards.
According my partner, everything was satisfactory. He found the staff extremely helpful. Had a lovely bright room which I am sure was kept clean. His washing was done every day and his meals were served in his room. They complied with all his wishes and needs. It was like a hotel, I was very impressed. My grateful thanks to everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I am delighted to hear your partner had a pleasant stay, Kind Regards
Arranged for a family Sunday lunch to celebrate my father's birthday. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The chef was very kind, accommodating various requirements. General care for my father has been brilliant, all the staff we have been in contact with have been kind, considerate, caring and helpful. Feel that our father is in the best place and that he is being treated well, with kindness and compassion.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review, it was our absolute pleasure to provide lunch for you and your family. We hope to see you again for lunch soon. Kind Regards.
We were impressed with the variety of the menu, what I had was pleasant and tasty though the portions seemed all one size, which was a waste as far as our friend was concerned. We had been able to book a lunch with ease, though we gave little notice, phoning only the previous afternoon. The staff is very friendly.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, We are glad you enjoyed your lunch with us and hope you will be back soon, kind regards.
When we visited our friend today, I was most impressed by what I saw. We had an excellent lunch in the well-appointed dining room. Good attention to my one food 'allergy' and helpful service. The portions were a sensible size for elderly people, whose appetites are often small. Staff were on hand to answer queries and were pleasant and friendly. Visitors and residents were all treated with friendly respect. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review, we are delighted you enjoyed your lunch with us, we hope to see you again soon, kind regards.
Mum is very happy at Edenbridge Manor. She is well cared for and thoroughly enjoys the food. The entire home is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and caring. The facilities are top-notch. If I had to mark anything down it would be internal communication but that can happen in any institution with staff on shift. We spent some time looking for a suitable care home. We knew Edenbridge Manor was the right one as soon as we walked through the door.

I was at Edenbridge Manor Care Home for a few hours, only visiting a resident. I have completed the ratings as far as I could but I have left some blank as I was not in a position to comment. The environment was warm, comfortable and calm. Akin to a high-class hotel. The rooms were spotless and very well-appointed. The public areas were warm and inviting. I spoke to a few residents who seemed very satisfied with the care and service. The outside areas were tidy and the patio area was inviting. What staff I encountered, were friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very impressed with the luxurious ambience of the establishment. I was particularly pleased to see a piano was available and could be used by anyone to play.

I thought I would pop in and say hello to my friend's parents who I have known since childhood, l am so pleased I did they both looked so well, they told me how helpful the staff are and how much they enjoy the food, I was offered a coffee while I was there which I thought was a nice touch, the home is like a hotel, very clean with great facilities. They told me they love going out in the minibus another nice touch. It is so nice to see them enjoying this chapter of their lives.

I visited this home prior to my friends discharge from hospital. I was so impressed I told her daughter and she too was amazing at the place. My friend has now been a resident for over a year and she has blossomed. The care team are amazing. Very caring and supportive. I feel very happy that she is so well looked after. Keep up the good work Edenbridge Manor.

Thank you to the Avery team at Edenbridge Manor - my mother (93) arrived on Tuesday and by Thursday she was calling the care home her home. The standard of care and kindness she has been shown has been excellent.

Food - the one weak point, possibly nourishing and wholesome but uninteresting and not tempting, particularly for older residents. Staff did try by offering alternatives.
I was in your respite care for just over 3 weeks. Your accommodation, facilities and care/support were without doubt first-class. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing both in content and sometimes presentation but your staff at all times were exceptionally good.
I am in general happy with the care my mother receives and I find the staff very helpful. I would like a little more communication from management when my mother becomes unwell and is taken into hospital. I also appreciate that staff and management are sometimes very busy.
Lovely room, kind staff, everybody very helpful. Friendly residents, nice food, good activities. I feel much happier here.

We are relatively new to Edenbridge Manor but so far I am delighted at how my husband is being cared for. All staff are seemingly happy and pleased to be doing what is really sometimes a difficult job. They are a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. The surroundings are first class and everything is beautifully presented. The food looks really good, who could not like asparagus wrapped in bacon?

Edenbridge Manor Care Home could not have done more to make my husband feel welcome and at home. Staff and management are always there to listen to any concerns I may have and provide the necessary support. My husband is on the memory floor where he is very well cared for in a lovely environment. They really do care and I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

A well-run caring facility. All staff treat residents with the utmost care and respect. Always someone around. Staff appear well briefed, and new people (staff) appear well supported. The environment is welcoming, clean and bright - all in all, an excellent facility.

A warm welcome from the staff, a very comfortable room, and a good general ambience. My wife was cared for by kind and caring people and treated with respect and dignity. There were however quite long periods when she was left alone and lacked stimulation which showed in her face and general demeanour. A little more interaction with staff and other residents would have been desirable.
Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words about the staff. It is such a journey moving into a new setting, it takes time for staff and the new resident to build connections, friendships, and trust. During respite care the time is short and those connections need to be just as important as...
