My Name Is Leander and I am lucky enough to hold the position of Home Manager at Avery Park. I have been working at Avery Park since November 2021 and am a self-confessed ‘work-acholic’. I pride myself on doing my very best to ensure the safety and happiness of all residents, staff and visitors. I joined Avery Park in August 2022 as a Senior carer. I was soon promoted to Trainer for the entire home, providing a large portfolio of courses to all the care, housekeeping, kitchen, sales and administration staff.
