My mum thought all the staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly.
Our only criticism would be that the bed linen could be ironed, and the pillows needed replacing. All our family would like to thank all the staff at Hepworth House for looking after Mum so well.

My mother-in-law absolutely loves residing here at Hepworth House. No matter what time of day we come to see her, both she and other residents are well cared for. The activities are great. Staff are always happy which shows how much they enjoy working here. The care given is outstanding. My mother-in-law
expresses how much she loves living here. She has dementia / Alzheimers, so we needed to ensure that where she was going to have to move to, had to be outstanding. We found that at Hepworth House.

My mum came to live here in May 2024, she absolutely loves being here. The care is excellent, staff are wonderful, caring, always smiling, and always welcoming. When we came to view the home we were in awe of what we awe, the residents were all singing and dancing. It was very obvious that Hepworth
house was a wonderful place for my mum. She comments all the time about how wonderful it is to be here. As a family, we know she is always safe and well looked after. My mum has dementia / Alzheimers so this is a great relief for us knowing this.

Mum has been a resident at Hepworth House for 2 years. Hepworth House and staff are very warm, welcoming and always have time to help and support residents and their families on issues that occur. Staff have met mum's needs in a professional, patient and caring manner. When sick, they support her through
it. When requiring transport or escorts for hospital, staff have been there to make the experience less challenging. Management have advised, supported and prepared me for issues presented by social services re mum's next steps. They have encouraged me to step back and keep my mental health strong, allowing carers to take control. I can move forward, meeting mum's needs in the future. Thank you Hepworth!

One of my close friends stayed for respite in November 2024 for a two week stay. She very much enjoyed her stay and has discussed staying again in the future. Myself and my partner visited regularly and found the home very welcoming, warm and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are lovely and nothing is
too much trouble. The home is clean and well looked after. I would certainly consider this home for my elder relatives if the time came.

There is always a warm welcome and a friendly approach at Hepworth House Care Home. The staff are friendly, approachable and always happy to help. They treat residents with dignity and respect at all times and are responsive to her needs. The activities available are wonderful and residents are encouraged

Mum was very reluctant to move to a care home. She has lived here now at Hepworth House for a year and a half. Mum has blossomed since living here. She has the company of other residents and the care given by all staff has made Mum's new home happy and content. My sister and I are so happy that Mum
lives here and we feel assured that she is well cared for and respected.

Well, all I can say is it's amazing! From the lovely friendly management to the great chef, great carers, lovely cleaning, laundry staff and activity girls. I was only in for respite but if I ever needed more care, this is the place to be! I never expected the experience I've had, I've grown so fond
of the residents and staff and as I only live down the road I'll be popping in to see them if they'll have me.

Hepworth House offers a friendly safe environment. The staff are very efficient giving a high level of care being both compassionate and understanding from carers through to management for the residents and family alike. From our experience, any concerns are dealt with promptly and followed up on a

My sister is currently staying at Hepworth House for short-term respite. On entering the home it was spacious and clean. There was a lovely friendly welcome on entry. First impressions were positive. We were advised where to go after signing in. The premises were beautifully presented and clean and
the room easy to find. We didn't have chance to look round but did see the library and dining room which both looked beautiful. The room my sister was staying was lovely and had everything needed however it was slightly on the small side and as it was a warm day was a little on the warm side. The windows only opened a small way, obviously for security purposes. Overall the experience was a positive one.

Well maintained, clean, attractive outside entrance with useful informative information. Always welcomed warmly by whoever opens the door. Calm but friendly welcoming environment. Good safety protocols are apparent. All staff have been approachable, responsive and helpful with any query. Staff often
recall my name, making things lovely and personal. A clear person-centred approach to care with my mum and the other residents was observed. Organisation and food/meal times are well structured but flexible for choices of what and where - encouragement for individuals' autonomy is very clear with a good balance of safety and inclusion without any pressure. I cannot tell you how important all these things are to me at this time. The team of staff should be very proud, well done. Thank you.

An extremely friendly and caring atmosphere. I have absolutely no worries or concerns for my mum's care and wellbeing. Nothing is too much trouble and all staff at all levels, from the top down, display a can-do and caring attitude.

Mum has only been here two weeks but is settling in really well. She is being looked after extremely well by all the staff who are very caring, helpful and friendly. She is enjoying all the meals and was pleased to have her hair cut and set in the hair salon which made her feel good.

I have been in Hepworth House for two weeks respite stay after having an operation. Every member of staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good, an excellent choice every day. Staff bought refreshments round. I had lots of visitors they were made welcome with the same
drinks as I. I felt I had plenty of support, I was very comfortable and I didn't want for anything. I will definitely recommend Hepworth House to anyone who asks. One of my visitors is taking a lady who is in an EMI unit to look round Hepworth House.
