My late mother resided here for just over 2 years. The staff employed in this home are excellent care givers and it was evident that my mum was genuinely loved and cared for. As a family we can only express our utmost thanks and appreciation to all those involved in caring for mum and ensuring her quality of life was as good as it could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home, it's rated outstanding and that is how I would describe the home, its staff and the quality of care that was delivered to my mum. THANK YOU

After visiting numerous care homes that looked after some of my elderly family, never have I ever been so impressed and astounded by every member of staff that work here at Hepworth House, my grandfather has immediately settled into living here and felt at ease from the start. I received a warm welcome in reception & assistance in finding my friend's room and a vase for some flowers. It is fresh & spacious. My friend's room is also spacious & comfortable with a large bathroom, TV, fridge, etc & a view of the surrounding area. The lounge looks open & comfortable, with large windows looking into the garden. There is ample parking for visitors. I was very reasured to see what a comfortable, caring environment my friend is now living in. The staff were excellent, friendly, polite and helpful.

The staff are professional and caring and this shows in the way they engage and support everyone with a smile, resident, relative or visitor. My mother-in-law absolutely loves residing here at Hepworth House. No matter what time of day we come to see her, both she and other residents are well cared for. The activities are great. Staff are always happy which shows how much they enjoy working here. The care given is outstanding. My mother-in-law expresses how much she loves living here. She has dementia / Alzheimers, so we needed to ensure that where she was going to have to move to, had to be outstanding. We found that at Hepworth House.
