My sister has always been an introvert. Since coming to Priorslee she is laughing and engaging with others. I’ve not seen her this happy in years. Endless compliments from her on each call and visit. I’m overwhelmed by the kindness and respect the staff show at all times. Always welcomed at the door
with a smile and from every staff member you pass. She is well looked after, safe and happy. I would recommend Priorslee House to all.

My mum moved in May 2022 at a very difficult time. However, the staff have been unfailingly caring, and kind and helped her to settle into her new surroundings. We are particularly happy with her carers who have gone above and beyond. One of her carers, in particular, shows empathy beyond her years
and is a credit to your organisation.

On arrival, you get a professional, warm welcome, where you are asked who you are here to see (secure). Clean, well-presented areas throughout the house, with a well-stocked and variable selection of drinks and snacks (freshly made cake). I've not got a bad word to say about all aspects of the Priorslee
House offering. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this establishment to anybody seeking respite or a more permanent stay.

The grounds are kept immaculate, the security was impressive, and the home felt more like a hotel. Impressive entrance, all kept extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and approachable.
Food was delightful, and all dietary requirements were catered for and well-executed.

My amazing Nan had her 100th birthday and the home put on an absolute fantastic do for her. The staff were lovely, and the spread was amazing. First time I'd seen my Nan in this home and my first impressions blew me away. Absolutely lovely home and my Nan is very happy there.

I visited the home last week, what a fabulous place this is, the staff can’t do enough for you and my Aunt absolutely loves living there. The decorations are absolutely beautiful and all furnished to the highest quality. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

My mum arrived here after two weeks in hospital. Within 24 hours her improvement was obvious, clean, and well cared for. Now 4 weeks on, I can't actually remember when mum looked so well! Good food, care, socialisation, time and conversation have made all of the difference, I'm now much more confident
for her return home. A poorly, elderly parent is such a worry, but I was quickly reassured when I saw the high standard of care. So homely and allowing the dogs to visit gave mum a massive boost.
