My father is so well looked after in this beautiful care home. The caring staff are patient and understanding with the residents, talking to them, explaining things and reassuring them. My father has Alzheimer's and is very quiet and gentle. He is frail, and the staff keep an eye on him as he is prone
to falling.
The lounge and dining room are beautifully decorated and clean. He is able to choose the meals he wants, and regular hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day.
His room is lovely and warm, with an ensuite bathroom. Clean towels are provided every day.
The manager is very approachable and helpful, treating each resident according to their needs and individual personalities.
I feel very reassured now that my father has settled into this lovely home.

My relative has been in Priorslee House for two months, and we are so pleased with the care she is receiving. Whilst there were some minor hiccups at the start, after we spoke to the care home manager, they were quickly sorted out.

From the initial enquiry to the arrival of my brother-in-law, the management team supported the family very well. Staff are friendly and approachable. Night staff were efficient and very good in their communication with family after my brother-in-law had a fall and needed a hospital visit. Meals are
suited to the needs of residents, and choices are varied.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff.
We were impressed by the quality of the decor and furnishings.
His bedroom was nice and warm, with its own bathroom.
Staff were friendly and brought us cups of tea nad cake.
Staff were warm and reassuring when we had to leave.

I am the Co-op Community Champion and visit the care home to carry out activities with the residents. My friend's mum is a resident and is very happy. What could be a scary and nerve-wracking experience has been made so much easier through kindness and thought out. Everyone has been friendly, relaxed and very understanding. From the moment I first visited Priorslee House, I received a first class welcome. My dad is so comfortable, warm and cared for and safe. The home is modern, colourful, fresh and clean all the time. Dad's carers are extremely professional and genuinely very caring, special people. My dad's room is luxurious
and very homely. Dad loves the meals here, they are excellent. The garden and lounge are so lovely, clean and comfortable. Dad loves his bubble baths. Dad loves living at Priorslee House, he's very content and loves his room, staff, meals and drinks. The staff are the best and I highly recommend it to many I know.
