My mother has been in this home for 6 weeks now and I can only give high praise to the way in which she has been cared for, the staff are all caring and considerate. She had had a very difficult time in hospital and the care home that she was discharged into. Since moving her to Priorslee House I have
watched her improve in the environment of Priorslee House and get back to the person that I know. The staff always listen to any concerns and do their utmost to work with requests, This is the best place for my Mother to be.

One of the best care homes in Shropshire. A boutique-style luxury designed establishment. Excellent value for money considering what you get compared to other local homes in the area. Staff are friendly, super helpful and supportive to both residents and family/friends. We are always made to feel welcome
and part of the family when visiting. The staff make it a happy place to stay and /or visit plus organise various events for the residents to enjoy. The management are always accommodating and professional, and go the extra mile to provide excellent care to residents. The food menus are equal to any restaurant and meals are well presented. The staff listen to our views, suggestions and comments and act quickly when required. We would strongly recommend Priorslee House to anyone looking for care. Many thanks to the wonderful staff, we appreciate everything they do.

From the initial enquiry to mum settling in, everything has been a reassuring transition. We are completely amazed by the luxurious surrounding from common areas to beautiful bedrooms. The real stars of this home are the staff - management, carers and hospitality workers who are all so very friendly,
attentive and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and every detail is addressed to make mum feel at home. She enjoys her daily chats with all staff and says she is very lucky. Location and parking facilities are an added bonus. We're all looking forward to summer to enjoy the lovely outdoor surroundings. Well done and thank you to all staff.

This is a wonderful place, I am 91 years of age and I have been registered disabled since 1977. I have had lots of falls and been in hospital lots of times. Here, nothing is any trouble for any member of staff. They are all so kind and helpful. I have no idea yet if I am going to be allowed to stay,
but I really hope I will be able to spend the rest of my days here.

The home is built to a magnificent standard with rooms and communal areas that would grace any five-star hotel. Individual rooms are large and very well equipped. All of the staff we met are very professional, friendly and above all obviously treat residents with care and compassion.
