We have just visited our two friends and are very impressed with the standard of care. The staff are very friendly, especially two in particular. It is clean and welcoming.

This is only the second time here at Priesty Fields and I certainly wouldn't want my husband to go anywhere else. The whole place is amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. All in all I'm very satisfied with the whole package.

I self-referred for 2 weeks because I needed observation when I was discharged from a hospital stay. I was made welcome and enjoyed not having to choose and serve meals for myself at home and having a nurse on site at all times if there had been a problem with my recovery (which there wasn't). The facilities
available were very good.

I came here for 2 weeks convalescent after being in hospital, I had unfortunately broken my leg which is now pinned but non-weight bearing.
I now live on my own having just lost my husband. My youngest son lives nearby and asked if I would come here to be cared for and for peace of mind for him.
He
couldn't have chosen a better place, I have been well satisfied in every aspect and would not hesitate to recommend Priesty Fields. All staff are very professional but really caring, my visitors have been very impressed.

My wife is resident at Priesty Fields in an elegant, modern building both inside and outside. Has adequate parking space. Resident's rooms are large and very well furnished. Interior rooms for hairdressing, a pub, a cinema, a gym, spa and well-stocked library, well trained staff provide excellent care
for residents as required by each individual showing kindness, patience and sympathy. GP visits and on-call. Three meals a day with a choice of dishes plus evening supper. Relatives and friends are always welcome with dog if appropriate.

It is a home for people with medical issues, not just an old folks home. There are regular nurse rounds and is fashioned after the NHS. Same shift patterns etc.
Due to the economy at the moment the costs to stay at the home have increased to the highest levels they have been. The staff, mostly, are
friendly and helpful.

My sister came to Preisty Fields Care Home on a temporary basis. Whilst a full care package was found, sadly this never happened due to my sister's sudden death in hospital. During the 6 months my sister was at Priesty Fields she was treated with care, compassion, dignity and most of all understanding.
My sister had complex needs which the staff always managed to meet. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did.

My mother was placed here after being discharged from hospital as there was no vacancies in Warwick.
I can only say she has received excellent care whilst she has been a service user here.
The staff (all) are kind caring people. Would recommend this highly.

I have only good things to say about Priesty Fields. Our mum has been staying here on an assessment plan and is far from home in her eyes. The staff have made her feel better in very difficult times. They are friendly, kind and considerate, and nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all, I can
only say a great big thank you for looking after and caring for our mum in the best way possible.

A comfortable stay at Priesty Fields, but contacting staff for assistance proved difficult as the call button system failed to work on numerous occasions.

Mum has been living at Priesty Fields since June 2022. She really has settled into life and living here so well, I really had nothing to worry about. The care team, from the manager, nurses and carers, really are like an extended family and treat each and every resident like their own family. Any negative
stereotype of care facilities couldn't be further from Priesty Fields - the whole atmosphere and cleanliness is just brilliant. So happy we found this perfect setting for mum.

My experience at Priesty Fields Care Home has changed immensely since the new manager has come to the home. I feel that every resident is noticed by him, he comes to greet us in the morning and at night when leaving. He knows all the residents names which we feel is delightful considering the short
time he's been here.

As my husband has not been in Priesty Fields long, I am very impressed with the home and all it's facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent. We are still finding our way round the system but are very satisfied with the standard of care.

I would not recommend Priesty Fields. There are not enough permanent staff and the heavy reliance on agency staff means a lack of consistency of care. During the summer heat, there was no air conditioning and there were times when residents had no drinks. We raised serious concerns with the directors
and were assured that we would receive weekly updates on my dad's activities and well-being. This did not happen.


It is a lovely up-to-date building, with all en-suite rooms, and should have been a great choice for us. The few permanent staff are good. They are trying to recruit but the poor management and lack of meeting simple requests such as regular updates mean that I could not possibly recommend this care home. They talk the talk but they do not walk the walk.

I'm very impressed with Priestly Fields. My husband was admitted to hospital and arrived here in an assessment bed. The staff quickly made him feel safe and welcome. They treat him with dignity even though his Alzheimers has progressed. The food is excellent and homemade. I would recommend Priesty Field
as an excellent care home.

My 100-year-old mum moved in 2 months ago. Despite still having full mental capacity and relatively good mobility her frailty meant living at home with steep stairs in an older property was no longer sustainable. After a brief hospital admission, Priesty Fields Care Home came up in conversation as it
had just been completed. We had a visit the next day and immediately fell in love with this state of the art en suite dual registered home from home. With a cinema and launderette, gym, pub and beauty salon we didn't dare get too optimistic as Mum was self funding and was on a budget. We were therefore over the moon that the price for Mum as a care client. It was both affordable, not the higher end of the spectrum for the area and would be providing an outstanding home with state of the art facilities. Two months in and my very exacting and lovely mum is in her element, the staff are wonderful and go out of their way for even the smallest of things to make mum feel at home and safe. Fabulous.

My name is Jo and I joined Priesty Fields as their dedicated Receptionist in July 2023 after working in administration roles for more than 20 years. I am now the home's administrator.


As part of my role within Priesty Fields, I deal with resident finances, any contract-related queries, admissions and discharges. I also look after the staff payroll. I am always happy to help no matter what the task.


My role is to provide support to visitors and family members by making them feel welcome and offering advice and tours of the home. I am also the point for visitors and many residents to come and chat with and I do my utmost best to look after them and their needs.


I love interacting with staff and visitors but most of all the residents, who are very special to me and I treat them like my own extended family.
