Lovely souls that care for our relatives nothing too much trouble they listen and act on any concern. The nurses are wonderful and have treated my dad so well and the care staff so caring and sensitive to him. The manageress went above and beyond when first coming to this beautiful home and the receptionist
too.
Fantastic place, thank you for the peace of mind and being able to trust in their care

My brother is on end-of-life care at Blossomfield Rose care home.
I visit him and feel I am one of the carers.
When visiting tea and coffee are there on tap.
My brother can't move his legs and has to be hoisted into a chair supplied by the management of blossomfield rose.
I am spoken to by name.
And my brother has kept his identity.
Last week on a warm day the ice cream man came and the home treated us to a 99 ice cream with a flake.
When I needed advice I spoke on a one-to-one basis.

Over the last eighteen months, Mum has benefitted from the excellent care and facilities at Blossomfield Rose. Many of the staff are really exceptional, caring and helpful.
All the rooms have a lovely feel about them and the bedrooms are spacious and attractive. It is lovely to be able to walk around
or sit outside with Mum in such beautiful large gardens or in the lovely coach house for tea and cake.
A lot of thought is put into special occasions, such as Mother's Day - there was a great singer, lovely decor and an amazing lunch, set up so beautifully. It is nice to be able to look out at the farm next door and see all the animals from the picture windows.
I would definitely recommend Blossomfield Rose.

We had to find a replacement care home with 24/7 nursing capability on an urgent basis for my 95-year-old father. Having identified Blossomfield Field Rose, we were very pleased to be able to complete the transfer within a week. All the staff we dealt with were extremely efficient and made my father
feel very comfortable and welcome. The home itself is superbly equipped, more like a holiday village than a care home. Although the fees are expensive, they are well worth it for the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your loved one is being well looked after.

I enjoyed my three weeks stay but unfortunately, the lovely lounge, cinema and library were never used, while staying they never put on a film once or had anything to do!

After my mum's nasty fall, we were looking for respite care. We had a caring and professional response from Blossomfield Rose and Mum was swiftly assessed and became a resident within a day or so of our request. All staff from the manager to sales to reception were excellent and all played a role in
her recovery. The nurses and care staff were first-class, caring and helpful. An important part of respite care is the food and catering here was excellent. Thank you.

Beautiful, modern and contemporary furnishings. Relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff. My mother-in-law moved in 2 months ago. She settled in much quicker and easier than expected. The staff are all kind, caring and compassionate towards her and us (her family and friends). All of the staff from management
to ancillary staff are committed to providing a pleasant experience and to providing the highest standards of care. They genuinely want to know everything about their residents in order to provide a truly home-from-home experience. All staff have gone above and beyond to help my mother-in-law transition into care and to help us reconcile our decision to go down this route.

The initial assessment was arranged efficiently and were very pleased with how quickly my parents were able to move in. Since then, they have received very good care, regular access to a GP when needed and good food. We have seen an improvement in their health. The decor and ambience are exceptional
and it is a pleasure to visit and go to the cafe for drinks. The gardens are beautifully maintained and accessible. Every member of staff shows respect and genuine care for the residents. The management team at Blossomfield Rose have been sensitive, supportive and helpful at a very difficult time for our family.

My mum spent two weeks at Blossomfield Rose in respite care. Staff really took the time to get to know us and looked after Mum with great care and compassion. When our transport home fell through the receptionist went out of her way to find alternative arrangements. I felt I could leave Mum and know
that she was safe and in good hands.

Blossomfield Rose care home is excellent we have not had the experience of a care home before, but I am really impressed with the home, staff and care received so far. I have been a resident for three months and have greatly improved since being here. This is how a care home should be. 10 out of 10.

We have arranged three weeks of respite care for my mother-in-law. We have been happy so far with the experience. The home is friendly and attentive. There is always someone to chat to regarding likes and wishes of the resident. Nothing is too much trouble.

We needed to move my parents into a care home and had previously used another home for respite but weren't happy with the respite care there. Blossomfield Rose was quite new when they moved in. It has wonderful facilities and the people who work there seem caring and genuine. They are proactive in dealing
with issues. It's a difficult time but the home has been a big improvement on having them at home with two carers. We feel they are well cared for. We have been happy with the level and standard of care.

Overall, the staff made my stay very pleasant.
The food was very disappointing for such high-class care home and that is important to you when that is all you have to look forward to when unwell. Also, at times, the food was cold. The selection of the menu was not good.

We have revised the equipment currently used and have upgraded this to remove any issues with the food temperature. I have been to many care homes in my life and Blossomfield Rose Care Home is, without doubt, the best I have ever experienced. One member of staff greeted us in such a professional way when we arrived.

On arrival (and for the rest of the week), I was not met or medically assessed by management or senior staff. I spent a lot of my time walking the corridors looking for staff to take my blood pressure and to change my surgical stockings. I ended up making my bed and washing the stockings - when they
could be found! The food was poor and not nutritious - mainly leftover soup and sandwiches. The staff I met were very nice and helpful, but busy. Suggest less money spent on show home image and more on staff training and nutritious food.

Prior to a stay, the team carry out a pre-assessment to establish our residents' needs. This ensures that we can meet our residents' needs and the team are fully aware as to what support is required. There is a welcome pack within each room which provides information as to what to expect during your stay and the manager of the home personally visits all residents and I believe you met the manager throughout your stay. All food is cooked on-site freshly each day and our menus are revised frequently with resident input. I have commissioned and managed Luxury care homes for a number of years.


I am enthused by working with visionary people and as part of a creative and friendly team. I welcome fresh challenges and have a history of success when presented with them! I joined Blossomfield Rose in August 2025 and set out to achieve the highest standards of care and excellence.”

I’m Zoe Doherty, the Customer Relations Manager at Blossomfield Rose Care Home. I have a real passion for care and absolutely love guiding families through the process of finding the perfect care home for their loved ones. I have worked in similar roles in the care sector since 2019.


As well as guiding families through the process of moving to a care home, I also have an active role in the community in Solihull, attending events and awards, organising events in the home and supporting local groups with fundraising and much more.


The best part of the role is getting to know each resident and their family members, and I believe it’s a real privilege to be part of this journey. Blossomfield Rose is an absolutely fantastic place with first-class facilities, and I am very proud to work here. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful care home.

Paulo Crespo

Job Title: Head Chef Joined: 2022

Paulo is our Head Chef at Blossomfield Rose.


Paulo joins MACC with a wealth of expertise, starting out his career at Frankie and Benny’s where he was Sous Chef. From there he was Sous Chef at Bills Restaurant before promotion to Head Chef.


He has also enjoyed the time as Breakfast Chef at Hogarths and Chef at The Boat in Catherine-de -Barnes where he managed the kitchens.


We are extremely lucky to have Paulo at Blossomfield Rose, as not only is he a fantastic chef, he is a pleasure to be around with his happy and smiley demeanour.


Nothing is too much trouble and our residents are in for a real treat with his fabulous food and carefully considered menus, catering for all likes and dislikes as well as specific diets and allergies.
