First-class service for my 100-year-old mother-in-law. Brand new home so clean and well run. Staff are amenable and very attentive. Food is wonderful and suits her palate, appetite and portion size. Visitors are welcome and treated kindly.

Wonderful experience we came to the open day and had a great time this care home is truly spectacular the bedrooms were very roomy and the whole place is beautifully decorated, there is a lot to do they have thought of everything. The staff were so friendly and informative everyone we met was friendly
and polite they made my mother feel very welcome and safe we were very impressed
The garden was lovely, and the view from the bedroom was very interesting overlooking an animal park. We were shown the standard room which was very impressive very light and airy also the bathroom was very nice and we were shown a bathroom for all residents which was very luxurious and a real treat to relax in. The writeup in your brochure does not exaggerate everything you offer

My name is Pam Casey, I am 47 years old, happily married with two adorable teenage kids. My journey in the care industry began at the age of 17 with a one-week work experience, which sparked a passion for care that has defined my career.


I started working as a care assistant after leaving college, quickly progressing to a senior care assistant role, specialising in residential and dementia care.


In my twenties, my husband and I successfully ran a family business for 10 years and after becoming a new mum, I decided to the care sector and try to fulfil a lifelong dream of becoming a mental health nurse.


I gained experience working in hospitals, community support and specialised settings but soon identified that my ultimate passion was in elderly care. ?Subsequent roles as a unit manager in a 106 bedded home and commissioning a 70 bedded care home during the Covid pandemic significantly shaped my approach in how best to implement growth and development within a care setting.


In March 2024, I joined MACC Care and Blossomfield Rose, drawn by its rich history, beautiful location and luxurious amenities. As Home Manager, I am committed to driving Blossomfield Rose from strength to strength and believe that my deep understanding of the care industry, team leadership and ‘people’ skills will underpin the highest quality of service and support to those in need of compassionate care.


Though the lifelong dream of becoming a mental health nurse never happened, the dream in making a difference to people’s lives remains stronger than ever!

I’m Zoe Doherty, the Customer Relations Manager at Blossomfield Rose Care Home. I have a real passion for care and absolutely love guiding families through the process of finding the perfect care home for their loved ones. I have worked in similar roles in the care sector since 2019.


As well as guiding families through the process of moving to a care home I also have an active role in the community in Solihull, attending events, and awards, organising events in the home and supporting local groups with fundraising and much more.


The best part of the role is getting to know each resident and their family members and I believe it’s a real privilege to be part of this journey. Blossomfield Rose is an absolutely fantastic place with first class facilities and I am very proud to work here. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful care home.

Paulo Crespo

Job Title: Head Chef

Paulo is our Head Chef at Blossomfield Rose.


Paulo joins MACC with a wealth of expertise, starting out his career at Frankie and Benny’s where he was Sous Chef. From there he was Sous Chef at Bills Restaurant before promotion to Head Chef.


He has also enjoyed the time as Breakfast Chef at Hogarths and Chef at The Boat in Catherine-de -Barnes where he managed the kitchens.


We are extremely lucky to have Paulo at Blossomfield Rose, as not only is he a fantastic chef, he is a pleasure to be around with his happy and smiley demeanour.


Nothing is too much trouble and our residents are in for a real treat with his fabulous food and carefully considered menus, catering for all likes and dislikes as well as specific diets and allergies.
