My dad has dementia and Alzheimer's and has been cared for at the family home so far, this was a big step for everyone moving him into a care home. The staff have been so welcoming, understanding and accommodating and we have been extremely impressed and grateful.

To all the staff, I would like to say a big thank you for everything you have done for my wife. You all went above what we have become used to with other homes. Everyone was so happy and wanted to do everything for my wife and me. The home is so clean and tidy, they got my wife involved with everything
and when I went to pick her up she was so relaxed and happy, which means I was relaxed, so she definitely will be staying here again, so once again, I would like to say a big thank you.

This was my mother's first stay at Blossomfield Rose and we visited yesterday with our newborn baby so it was the first time I saw the home and upon first impressions, it seemed too good to be true. The home is stylish, inviting and feels like you are at a spa hotel which I think it is a nice change
from the hospital-like homes my mom has visited for respite care before. We ended up staying for a good few hours, normally we visit Mum and only stay an hour because it's quite depressing but Blossomfield Rose was amazing, all the staff were welcoming and took care of my mom's needs in a polite, respectful and timely manner. My mum was happy, content, clean and calm whilst at the home which speaks volumes about my mum's condition. I highly recommend this home and we as a family, hope Mum will be able to respite there again in the future. Thank you to all the team for your hard work and for taking good care of my mum.

Fantastic care home, the facilities are excellent, a real step above anything else we have experienced. This is the third care home my mother has been in and it really does raise the bar in terms of what a care home should be. Mum is so happy here, and it's not just because of the superb standard of
accommodation, but most importantly it is about the people. All the staff are exceptional and show every day that they really care. It's a testament to the management and ethos of MACC Care that they are focused on what matters above all else, caring for people and making their lives as enjoyable as possible.

Blossomfield Rose is an exceptional place to live. My friend has been really well cared for from day one of her stay.
The care staff are professional, well trained and very caring. The facilities are immaculate and clean.

It is wonderful to know that Mum is being cared for to the very highest standards of kindness, compassion and expertise. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The staff are of the highest calibre and have all taken the time to get to know Mum and understand the best ways to meet her needs.
The facilities on the dementia floor are incredible, a beautiful sensory room filled with an enormous range of everything possible to enhance the quality of life for anyone living with dementia. As a relative, I am always made to feel very welcome and treated with care and courtesy. The food is tailored to the individual residents, is beautifully presented in perfect, appetising portions, and is of a standard that would normally only be found in the finest restaurants. I am so happy that Mum is living in such a superbly well-run, friendly and caring home.

My grandma moved into Blossomfield Rose two weeks after having an emergency hip replacement. She is 100 years old and before the fall was living at home. From the first moment she arrived, welcomed by the staff in the coach house, she felt welcome, respected safe and very well cared for, nothing has
been too much trouble for the staff who, on many occasions have gone above and beyond to ensure she has made a marvellous recovery and settled in so well. Many family members have visited and echoed these words of praise and thanks.

The home's layout, decor and furnishings are on par with that of a luxury hotel. But more importantly, all of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Knowing that my nan is being cared for by such good people in lovely surroundings is a great reassurance for the whole family. It is great

First-class service for my 100-year-old mother-in-law. Brand new home so clean and well run. Staff are amenable and very attentive. Food is wonderful and suits her palate, appetite and portion size. Visitors are welcome and treated kindly.

Wonderful experience we came to the open day and had a great time this care home is truly spectacular the bedrooms were very roomy and the whole place is beautifully decorated, there is a lot to do they have thought of everything. The staff were so friendly and informative everyone we met was friendly
and polite they made my mother feel very welcome and safe we were very impressed
The garden was lovely, and the view from the bedroom was very interesting overlooking an animal park. We were shown the standard room which was very impressive very light and airy also the bathroom was very nice and we were shown a bathroom for all residents which was very luxurious and a real treat to relax in. The writeup in your brochure does not exaggerate everything you offer

My name is Pam Casey, I am 47 years old, happily married with two adorable teenage kids. My journey in the care industry began at the age of 17 with a one-week work experience, which sparked a passion for care that has defined my career.


I started working as a care assistant after leaving college, quickly progressing to a senior care assistant role, specialising in residential and dementia care.


In my twenties, my husband and I successfully ran a family business for 10 years and after becoming a new mum, I decided to the care sector and try to fulfil a lifelong dream of becoming a mental health nurse.


I gained experience working in hospitals, community support and specialised settings but soon identified that my ultimate passion was in elderly care. ?Subsequent roles as a unit manager in a 106 bedded home and commissioning a 70 bedded care home during the Covid pandemic significantly shaped my approach in how best to implement growth and development within a care setting.


In March 2024, I joined MACC Care and Blossomfield Rose, drawn by its rich history, beautiful location and luxurious amenities. As Home Manager, I am committed to driving Blossomfield Rose from strength to strength and believe that my deep understanding of the care industry, team leadership and ‘people’ skills will underpin the highest quality of service and support to those in need of compassionate care.


Though the lifelong dream of becoming a mental health nurse never happened, the dream in making a difference to people’s lives remains stronger than ever!

I’m Zoe Doherty, the Customer Relations Manager at Blossomfield Rose Care Home. I have a real passion for care and absolutely love guiding families through the process of finding the perfect care home for their loved ones. I have worked in similar roles in the care sector since 2019.


As well as guiding families through the process of moving to a care home I also have an active role in the community in Solihull, attending events, and awards, organising events in the home and supporting local groups with fundraising and much more.


The best part of the role is getting to know each resident and their family members and I believe it’s a real privilege to be part of this journey. Blossomfield Rose is an absolutely fantastic place with first class facilities and I am very proud to work here. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful care home.

Paulo Crespo

Job Title: Head Chef Joined: 2022

Paulo is our Head Chef at Blossomfield Rose.


Paulo joins MACC with a wealth of expertise, starting out his career at Frankie and Benny’s where he was Sous Chef. From there he was Sous Chef at Bills Restaurant before promotion to Head Chef.


He has also enjoyed the time as Breakfast Chef at Hogarths and Chef at The Boat in Catherine-de -Barnes where he managed the kitchens.


We are extremely lucky to have Paulo at Blossomfield Rose, as not only is he a fantastic chef, he is a pleasure to be around with his happy and smiley demeanour.


Nothing is too much trouble and our residents are in for a real treat with his fabulous food and carefully considered menus, catering for all likes and dislikes as well as specific diets and allergies.
