Overall Experience

My grandma moved into Blossomfield Rose two weeks after having an emergency hip replacement. She is 100 years old and before the fall was living at home. From the first moment she arrived, welcomed by the staff in the coach house, she felt welcome, respected safe and very well cared for, nothing has been too much trouble for the staff who, on many occasions have gone above and beyond to ensure she has made a marvellous recovery and settled in so well. Many family members have visited and echoed these words of praise and thanks.

Overall Experience

The home's layout, decor and furnishings are on par with that of a luxury hotel. But more importantly, all of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Knowing that my nan is being cared for by such good people in lovely surroundings is a great reassurance for the whole family. It is great to visit her and see her so happy there.

Overall Experience
Wonderful experience we came to the open day and had a great time this care home is truly spectacular the bedrooms were very roomy and the whole place is beautifully decorated, there is a lot to do they have thought of everything. The staff were so friendly and informative everyone we met was friendly and polite they made my mother feel very welcome and safe we were very impressed

The garden was lovely, and the view from the bedroom was very interesting overlooking an animal park. We were shown the standard room which was very impressive very light and airy also the bathroom was very nice and we were shown a bathroom for all residents which was very luxurious and a real treat to relax in. The writeup in your brochure does not exaggerate everything you offer

I’m Zoe Doherty, the Customer Relations Manager at Blossomfield Rose Care Home. I have a real passion for care and absolutely love guiding families through the process of finding the perfect care home for their loved ones. I have worked in similar roles in the care sector since 2019.

As well as guiding families through the process of moving to a care home, I also have an active role in the community in Solihull, attending events and awards, organising events in the home and supporting local groups with fundraising and much more.

The best part of the role is getting to know each resident and their family members, and I believe it’s a real privilege to be part of this journey. Blossomfield Rose is an absolutely fantastic place with first-class facilities, and I am very proud to work here. I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful care home.
