My mum was very against coming to a care home. She has been here for five weeks. She has settled and the other day thanked me for finding her Chalkwell Grange Care Home. She loves all the staff and is benefitting from all the stimulation and activities. The surroundings are beautiful and she is always saying how she loves all the staff. I can speak for all my sisters, we love Chalkwell Grange and so thankful we found it.

From the moment we walked through the doors of Chalkwell Grange, we were greeted with professionalism, kindness and compassion. We, as a family, are extremely grateful that my uncle has found such a beautiful home for his last move, and I am sure he will be very happy. I would recommend Chalkwell Grange to anyone I know. Thank you so much.

A dear, close friend has just moved into Chalkwell Grange Care Home as no longer able to live alone. However, since moving in, he has become a new person and very much like the friend I had before being lonely and isolated. The atmosphere of the home is superb and a welcoming, relaxing environment. It is a delight to visit as all the staff are so warm, friendly and professional in their outlook and the care given to my dear friend is wonderful and compassionate. He has also been able to take some furniture, pictures and photographs to make his room homely and relaxing for him. His very well-decorated room is very large and he tells me that he is having the best sleep ever in his comfortable and cosy bed. I have no doubt in my mind that my friend will be cared for, catered and supported for the rest of his life.

Within a day of being there, my mum has changed. The carers encourage her to do things for herself, she is never alone unless she wants to be. They have loads of activities, it's a real home from home. Her room is kept clean and tidy. All her washing is done. The food is just amazing. There is a menu but can have anything she wants. The management team are so helpful and friendly. They took the strain away from us as a family. My mum is so happy and contented and that is because of everyone at Sanders Senior Living. You have given us back our old mum. The staff are so friendly. It's not like a care home at all, this is my mum's new home. Thank you all.

A godsend. Mum has settled in well at Chalkwell Grange Care Home for her respite. She has only been in the home for less than a week and I can already see a vast improvement in her health and mental well-being. All the staff are fantastic and have been so caring and considerate to Mum's needs. All the meals are exceptional and this has encouraged Mum to regain her appetite. This truly is a home-from-home. The family are so thankful and relieved to know that Mum is in the very best of care. Thank you!

Over the past few weeks, me and my mum have visited a fair few care homes in our local area as we've been looking for somewhere for my nan. Every one we visited left us feeling so sad as I knew my nan would be so unhappy going into them after wandering around and looking at them. That was until we visited Chalkwall Grange Care Home, it is nothing short of amazing! I am happy for her to be living the best life she can in this beautiful place! I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a home for someone they love! The staff have gone above and beyond to make this step as easy as they can for us and my grandmother and have shown us nothing but kindness and love in what is a hard step to take for any family! This home sets the bar for all other homes to try to follow!
