I stayed at Lime Trees for 2 weeks after coming out of the hospital following a new hip operation. I cannot fault the staff and service I received, everybody and everything was excellent. Thank you.

Mum originally came to Lime Trees for respite on February 12th for two weeks. Yes, the home is a new build and therefore purpose-built with excellent thought given to its design, but this home offers much, much more than that. This is a care home with a difference, the calibre of care staff is extremely
high and their compassion and empathy towards residents are exemplary. From the home manager down there is a warm genuine welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The two-week stay was extended each week as we could see the benefits this home offered Mum against the option of coming home. Unfortunately Mum passed away after only seven weeks in the home but the care and love shown towards her, even in her relatively short stay here, has meant a lot to her family and we will always be indebted to Lime Trees for this. We were so thankful that Mum's final weeks were spent in this home. Thank you Lime Trees.

Very impressed with the attentive support my mother-in-law received during the recent bout of norovirus.
We had expected my mother-in-law to become agitated and withdrawn once visiting was suspended. But to our surprise, she was extremely resilient and always commented positively on the regular care
and attention received from staff during the lockdown period.
Whenever we needed to chat with my mother-in-law, the staff were always on hand to take a phone to her for either a voice or video call.

Lime Trees is a beautifully, thoughtfully furnished home with plenty of different areas. There are lots of activities and cuttings to take part in or areas to just sit in peace! The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of storage. During my mother's stay, she was well looked after, with the carers
often going above and beyond to help in all aspects of her care. The management were all very friendly and approachable, holding regular meetings with residents and their families to inform and take on board any suggestions. Mum was happy and I would not hesitate to take her back there if needed.

Excellent care in a beautiful facility. Any minor issues we had were dealt with quickly and resolved. Mum found her bed a little too firm and staff sorted this out for her. All staff were fabulous. Attentive, cheerful and supportive to Mum and to me. I believe the activity coordinator has just left
but the staff did well providing activities as much as they could. The only problem we had was the bedroom TV which is on a satellite feed and was too complicated for me let alone Mum. The upside of this was she spent time with people rather than TV!

Mum moved into Lime Trees in March 2023 after Dad sadly passed away.
The care and help all the staff have given to Mum in adjusting to life in the home has been fantastic.
They have monthly meetings for residents and families and are open to suggestions and ideas.

My sister was a resident at Lime Trees from May 2023 to September 2023 and I found all aspects of the home excellent.
There was a very friendly atmosphere and I was always made most welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Being able (and encouraged) to join in the resident's activities and mealtimes
meant I could spend quality time with my sister. I cannot express my thanks enough for the expert care she received and the support I was given in the last week of her life.

I can’t praise the staff at Lime Trees enough.
They were - without exception - kind, courteous, professional and efficient.
My beloved relative received the best help and support when she most needed it from the wonderful staff in a caring and safe environment.

Lime Trees is outstanding in every respect.
The facilities are 5* which is fabulous but what really makes a difference is the staff and the way they all genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make everyone feel “at home” and accommodate everyone’s needs and wishes.
Having lived
with and cared for my godmother it was a daunting and difficult task to find residential care that I was prepared to move her to. We viewed and contacted many homes (including other “new builds”) but the welcome we got at the Limes, especially from the front of house and the home manager surpassed all others.
Over the last 4 months, I have seen first-hand how the Limes works 24/7 and the dedication, patience and professionalism of every member of staff is exceptional.
I highly recommend this home and would like to say a big thank you to everyone.

Due to dementia taking Mum away from her independence, we started looking for care in January this year. Visited several homes, but weren't impressed. Attended Lime Trees' first open day in January, and within several minutes, after meeting the wonderful staff, and viewing the stunning facilities, we
decided this was to be her new home.
The staff are amazing, kind, caring, warm and friendly, and look after Mum so well. Her room looks out over one of the garden courtyards, and we have been growing tomatoes and flowers in pots outside her room with her.
The activities are fantastic, fitness, gardening, making things, visits to places around the area are stunningly good, and organised so well.
The level of care and attention, love and kindness shown to us all are outstanding, stratospheric, and out of this world. We couldn't say enough words to say how happy she has been since moving in. Thank you everybody at the Lime Trees, you are wonderful.

This is a care home like no other. Forget your impression of what a care home is, because this is so, so much more. It is such a bright, friendly and homely place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. The residents are consulted on every aspect of what goes on, from planning outings
right down to the colour of the tablecloths and the consistency of the gravy. My family and I are so thankful that this home opened at the perfect time for us, just as my mum began to need round-the-clock care. I can not thank the staff enough, it has given us peace of mind that my mum is well cared for.

My mum has dementia and finds it difficult to interact with people. She has always had a preference for animals and loves to spend time with them. The staff at Lime Trees recognise this and really make an effort to arrange either a visit from a staff’s pet, a visit from a mobile farm, or taking my mum
out for a visit to an animal facility.
The standard of care is excellent, as is the food and the accommodation. They are always monitoring my mum’s fluid intake and I feel happy knowing that she’s well taken care of.

Lime Trees is 'home from home' one could not wish for more. On entering the building, the impression straight away is one of friendliness. The staff are wonderful in every way. One feels 'at home' immediately nothing is any trouble. There is always a smile to greet you and help is always at hand.

At the beginning of this year, I was tasked with finding a suitable Care Home for my mother. I researched care provision thoroughly in the area but many places left a lot to be desired and I could not possibly have moved my mother into any one of them. Because someone is elderly it does not mean that
drab, old-fashioned decor will do. Fortunately for me, Lime Trees had recently opened. Wow! The bright, thoughtfully co-ordinated interior of all areas really lifted the spirits. My mother has been at Lime Trees since February and is very happy in their resident-centred home. Staff are smiling and helpful; forever patient and understanding. The food is fabulous. Lots of activities for all tastes. Relatives and friends are always welcome. We take our dog who goes down well as a visitor, although she is kept away from the cake! Lime Trees was by far the best choice for my mum and we feel secure in the knowledge that she is safe and being cared for by the best!

Having worked in care for a year and visited several care homes, Lime Trees has definitely exceeded expectations. From the friendly welcome to the facilities and genuine friendly care offered by the on-site staff, it was a pleasure to spend an afternoon there. You really felt that the staff liked working
there and that came through in their approach to the residents. Would certainly recommend it.

After viewing twelve other care homes and speaking to twenty-five others, my wife and I found Lime Trees! This place is absolutely fantastic!
We have spent three months looking for a suitable new home from home for an old friend of ours. After taking her there for two visits she made the big decision
to move in.
The team are absolutely fantastic! The food is wonderful! The accommodation and facilities: We’ll have a look for you. They have a cinema room, sweet shop! Hair salon which is included with the fees.
We can not recommend the Lime Trees enough!

My mother had a few falls and reluctantly agreed she could no longer cope at home even with several care visits each day. The staff at Lime Trees are wonderfully welcoming and friendly and endlessly patient as well as very professional. All staff are smiling and engaged from the cleaner to the cook
to the manager. The building is brand new and very comfortable especially the extra size beds - so much more like home than the other places I visited. A big thank you to everyone.

Lime Trees is a great care home - the staff are helpful and friendly and everyone has been so kind to my granny, doing everything they can to help her settle in. The building itself is lovely. It's brand new and very clean and warm with a welcoming feel. I've been to a few different care homes over
