First Class - what more is there to say? Excellent service and communication right from the first enquiry through to departure All staff were efficient and friendly - most importantly, they made time for you. This on top of being competent, efficient, friendly, helpful, etc., etc. If they didn't know they found out or engaged someone who did. I will return, with pleasure, when I next need care, probably following my knee replacement.
Thank you so much for your review and for your kind words.
We are delighted to hear that your experience with us was first class from your initial enquiry through to your departure. Knowing that our team made you feel supported, listened to, and well cared for means a great deal to us.

My husband has been at Signature F.C. for over two years. The care from the staff has been superb and we are kept informed regularly on his wellbeing. Every need, question or problem that may arise has been met with professional care, thoughtfulness , and respect for my husband's needs. The activities are well organised and managed. As a family we have all been involved in his life at Signature which has been made easier for us by the understanding and quality of the all staff and its surroundings. THANK YOU - N. (Wife of resident)
Thank you for your lovely review and for sharing your experience of your husband's care over the past two years, along with how our team's professionalism, thoughtfulness, and communication has helped you to feel informed, supported, and involved in all aspects of his life with us. This is something as a team we strive for; your kind words mean so much. Thank you.
Placing mum in a care home was an extremely difficult time for us as a family. However the attentive and engaging approach by all the staff has made us very comfortable with our decision. Thanks to all the staff.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how difficult the decision can be, and we are truly grateful for the trust you have placed in us to care for your mum. Your feedback means a great deal to our whole team.
My mother arrived at Signature F.C after a traumatic three weeks in hospital. We feared the worst! However through the staffs endless care and support she has recovered beyond all our expectations. We cannot thank all the staff enough.
Your thanks will be shared with all of the staff, who will be truly touched by your feedback.
So pleased I found this home- my mother has settled into her new life with ease supported by an incredible team of caring professionals. i can't thank them enough for the care they provide to her every day- allowing her once again to enjoy her life.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
We're absolutely delighted to hear that your mother has settled in so well and is enjoying life again. Your feedback means a great deal to our whole team - thank you for trusting us with her care.
Having looked at local care homes it became clear that Signature Farnham was a notch above the rest in every way. It's like a top star hotel with amazing facilities, entertainment and activities. But what of course matters most is the level of care given. From our first visit it was palpable how much everyone that works at Signature cares for their residents, they are all SO kind. Dad's every needs are catered for and we never worry about leaving him after a visit. Everyone at all levels know his name and want the best for him and are quick to ramp up his care as his condition worsens, whilst always keeping us in the loop. You can visit the home at any time and log in to see his care and how he is for those days you miss.
It was a difficult and stressful transition for Dad and all the family but the team at Signature made it so easy and continue to show him the care and dignity he deserves. If asked, any of his family would highly recommend Signature at Farnham and the amazing team.
Thank you for sharing such a kind and detailed review. We're truly pleased to hear how supported and reassured you and your family feel, and that your father is receiving the care, dignity, and attention he deserves. Your words about our team's kindness, communication, and responsiveness mean a great deal to us. As always, we will share your review with all of our amazing team.
I cannot recommend Signature at Farnham Common highly enough. The facilities are the best we have seen by some margin (having looked around several others in the area). There is wonderfully calm, welcoming and comfortable environment. The tone is set from the moment you walk through the door. There are all manner of events and exercise sessions organised to keep everyone busy. And the quality of the food is amazing. Facilities aside, what make Signature special is the quality of the management and the staff. There is a perfect combination of professionalism and kindness which is incredibly reassuring. I have to be concerned about many things but the level of care for my father is never one of them. I am always kept informed and consulted when required. Nothing is left to chance. We have had some particular family difficulties which has required the team to make additional arrangements above & beyond the norm. At no point has this ever been an issue for which I am profoundly grateful.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and generous review. We're delighted to hear that you and your father have felt reassured, supported, and welcomed at Signature at Farnham Common. Your kind words about our team, our environment, and the care we provide truly mean a...
I cannot recommend Signature FC enough, the facilities are first class, the staff are some of the nicest you can meet and the overall experience was exemplary. Sure there were a few niggles and issues but the sign of a great service provider, is the way in which they correct and resolve any issues or misunderstandings.
My family and myself will miss everyone of you and you have our gratitude for providing our parents the best of times in the worst of times.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a beautiful and thoughtful review. It was a true privilege to care for your parents, and we are deeply touched by your kind words. Knowing that they felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for during their time with us means everything to our team....
I am very satisfied with the choice which my sister and I made of Signature as a care home for her. The home has enabled her to settle in and to feel secure, after a period of growing anxiety while she was still living at home, alone. I've noticed how her individual choices, eg of when to get up or go to bed, have been respected, but also how she has been encouraged to join in activities. The nutritious food has enabled her to put on a little weight, and unobtrusive supervision has kept her secure, despite her occasional difficulty in finding her way about. My only reservation is that I'd like a little more urging / persuasion of her to join the exercise sessions. She enjoys them when she attends, and they are very valuable in countering her rheumatoid arthritis, but she all too often forgets to go.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that your sister has settled well with us and feels safe and secure, particularly after what was clearly a difficult period for her. It's wonderful to know that her individual choices are being respected while she's also...
Our father has resided at Signature Farnham Common for just over a year now due to a decline in his Alzheimer's condition. There have been various challenges surrounding Dad's condition, both mentally and physically. Signature Farnham Common have dealt with these issues in an excellent manner. The communication has been extremely good and they have been very professional throughout. The carers are all first class and really do care about the residents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Signature Farnham Common for anyone who has a dementia diagnosis, or due to old age. It's a lovely environment and all the staff seem very happy to be there.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted to hear that your father has felt well supported and cared for during his time with us. Our team takes great pride in providing compassionate, person-centred care, and your feedback means a great deal to everyone at Signature Farnham Common.
My sister and I moved our Dad to Signature in October 2024. We wondered whether it was too good to be true - but it is every bit as amazing as it looks when you walk through the door. The staff are wonderful - every one of them goes the extra 10 miles for each resident. My Dad has not always been easy to look after - but he is loved and cared for by the staff. They know him very well and they work incredibly hard to ensure that each resident has dignity, care, love and respect. We are so grateful that we found Signature.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words. Our team takes great pride in getting to know each resident as an individual, ensuring they feel respected, cared for, and loved every day. Your recognition means a great deal to everyone here at Signature - it's why we do what we do.
We decided to move our mother who has Dementia as she needed more nursing care. After 10 weeks now of being a resident here she is looking much better and has gained weight. More alert and responsive. We can't believe the transformation. The carers and all the staff are amazing. It's a beautiful and very calm place which is what our mother is enjoying. Plenty for her to do and watch.

All the staff have been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Plenty of activities are on offer, including boat trips on the river, accessed via the home's minibus.
Visiting is straightforward and relatives can relax and have free coffee and tea in the cafe. There is a wide variety of meals available to the residents and the standard is very high. Our relative has made a lot of friends, both with other residents and carers and now says he is much happier in a vibrant home, than he was at his own address.

From my father almost dying by lack of care in hospital, Signature staff have nursed him back to health. From not walking, he can now, with a walker, walk over 100 yds. Carers are kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable, fun and caring. He would return at any time.

We are incredibly proud of our team-their dedication, professionalism, and passion for care, your recognition of this is...
My husband has been a Signature FC since August 2023. My daughter and I had viewed many homes and were feeling very discouraged when, on a very wet Sunday afternoon, we went into Signature. The wonderful welcome received, the help that was forthcoming from that moment onwards to date, is why I am so reassured that my husband is loved and cared for by all staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and dedication that he receives. Communication with me by staff is fantastic. The management team here work together to create a wonderful atmosphere that permeates throughout the home. Thank you Signature Farnham Common.
This is such a heartwarming review for us to receive; your experience of our home from initial visit to your husband happily living with us is one we could not be more proud of. Thank you from all of us at Signature at Farnham for this review; we will share it with the team where your comments and acknowledgement of their care and dedication will be treasured. Thank you once again.
Without any exaggeration, I honestly believe the loving care they receive, the relationships they've built and the exceptional daily experiences they provide, have not only kept my parents alive but provided a richness to their days which once seemed impossible to imagine, under the circumstances of their illness.
We are (and will always be) incredibly grateful to the team at Signature, you are nothing short of incredible.

I cannot praise the management or care teams enough. The management team are efficient, visible and empathetic. The care team are fantastic with the residents; putting your loved ones into the hands of someone else is extremely difficult and takes a great deal of trust and I am forever grateful that I am able to leave after every visit knowing my parents are so well cared for. The patience and kindness shown to the residents by the care staff is second to none and the activities team work tirelessly to ensure there is plenty to do for those who wish to join in the fun. The facilities are excellent and always clean thanks to the work of the housekeeping and catering staff.
This home is second to none!

Meet the Team (10)

My career in care started in 2013; it has been a privilege that most of my journey has been with Signature Care Homes. During this time, I gained and developed my skills as a Residential Care Manager, working in different Signature homes, and I am now delighted to move into the role of General Manager at Farnham Common. I am passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring our values are promoted by all our staff members, so we maintain excellent standards in all our day-to-day activities. By being a positive role model within the Home, I hope to share this passion, working alongside, supporting my team, and building caring relationships with all our residents and respective families.
At Farnham Common, we have a real understanding of how important it is to demonstrate passion and empathy when supporting our residents with their care needs, naturally tailoring our approach each time to reflect their individuality.
As a General Manager, I am motivated to support all in enhancing our service, making our Home truly remarkable.

I’ve been working in the healthcare industry for 15 years now. I’m a licensed nurse in both the United Kingdom and the Philippines. My journey in nursing began in 2003 in the Philippines. I successfully earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and passed the nursing licensing exam, which officially launched my healthcare career. My passion for nursing and healthcare and my desire to continue my education led me to move to the UK to pursue my dream of becoming a globally competitive nurse. I have had diverse and enriching experiences working in various roles in hospitals and care homes, which have helped me develop my expertise in both clinical practice and management. I am thrilled to have been offered the position of Clinical Services Manager at Signature Farnham Common. To me, this role is more than just a job: it is an opportunity to be a part of an organisation that genuinely cares about its residents, their loved ones and the team members. I am eagerly looking forward to continuing my journey of professional growth and learning with this incredible team, as I remain dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of the residents.

I have worked in catering now for nearly 30 years, starting out at a local pub as a waitress, then moving on to be a chef in the RAF, to running my own pubs, and then going on to work for Heston Blumenthal, Pierre Koffman and Odds Farm as Food and Beverage Manager. I am very passionate about all things food and beverage. I am looking forward to making sure our residents will be well looked after and genuinely cared for while delivering a five-star service.

My career in care began in 2015 when I moved to the United Kingdom and started working as a carer. From the outset, I felt a strong connection to supporting people living with dementia, and this quickly became my true passion.
Over the years, I have remained committed to developing my knowledge, skills and understanding to ensure I provide compassionate, meaningful and truly person-centred care. I firmly believe that dementia care is about much more than meeting physical needs — it is about connection, dignity and helping each individual live well.
As Dementia Care Manager at Farnham Common, I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment where residents can experience comfort, happiness and joy. I am passionate about leading and supporting my team to deliver care rooted in kindness, patience, respect and genuine human connection.
My goal is always to ensure that residents — and their families — feel reassured, valued and confident that their loved one is receiving the highest standard of care.

I am an experienced healthcare professional with over 18 years of service in the care sector, specialising in the support of vulnerable adults with complex needs. My career has been rooted in residential and nursing care environments, including senior roles at Signature and Sunrise Care Homes, where I have contributed to operational leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Alongside my healthcare career, I am also an IT professional. This unique combination of clinical leadership and technical expertise enables me to bridge care delivery with process improvement, digital transformation, and enhanced operational efficiency.
I am delighted to be joining the team at Farnham as Residential Care Manager and look forward to working collaboratively with colleagues to continue delivering exceptional, high-quality care to our residents.

Di joins the team with more than three years of experience at Beaconsfield Heights, where she built strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues while developing extensive knowledge of the senior living sector.
With a background in healthcare and education management, Di is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families. Her warm, professional and approachable nature, combined with her dedication to delivering outstanding service, ensures every family feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Signature.

As Client Liaison Coordinator at Signature at Farnham Common, I support prospective residents and their families as they explore care options. I understand that this can be a difficult and emotional time, and I strive to make the journey as smooth as possible, from the first enquiry through to moving in.

I have been a valued member of the Signature family for over 15 years, building my career from the ground up. I began my journey with the company as a Kitchen Assistant, where I developed a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and a clear understanding of the importance of quality and care in every meal.
Through dedication and commitment, I moved to another care home within the group, progressing into a Chef role. I later stepped into the position of Sous Chef, where I continued to grow—refining my leadership skills, expanding my culinary knowledge, and supporting the development of those around me.
Now, as Head Chef, I bring years of hands-on experience, loyalty, and pride to the role. I am passionate about leading my team, creating nutritious and comforting meals, and maintaining consistently high standards across the kitchen. My journey reflects both my commitment to Signature and my dedication to delivering food that makes a positive difference to residents’ daily lives.

I have worked in the care sector for many years. I started in my 20s at the Epilepsy Centre in Chalfont St Peter. After a career diversion into retail, and then later as an Administrator with the National Trust, Signature offered me the opportunity to return to the care sector, firstly as an Administrator, then Clinical Administrator and then Residential Care Manager. I later joined a specialist team to implement a new system for the whole of Signature Group, a project I am very proud to have been part of. I am now excited to work at our lovely new home in Farnham Common as a Business Admin Manager and use my qualification in CIPD Level 5 in HR. I look forward to supporting all of my colleagues in their journey at Farnham Common.

I am responsible for the health and safety of our residents, team members and visitors. I have had the privilege of working for over 5 years in the care sector. The previous nursing home, where I worked for 4.5 years as a Maintenance Manager, received an outstanding rating from the CQC in all five areas, which I hope to achieve again with our team at Farnham Common. I like helping people live independently and with dignity, despite their age and health, and with our team at Farnham Common, we aim to create a homely atmosphere with a safe and happy environment for our residents and their loved ones.
