Ese used to work as a sales assistant, however, seeing her grandmother receive care made her want to make a difference in other people’s lives.
Ese has achieved NVQ levels 3 and 5 in health and social care/healthcare management.
She has now been at Avery Healthcare since March 2022 and lives all of the values.
Her biggest highlight in life is working her way up from Care Assistant to Team Leader to Unit Manager Care/ Training Lead and now to a residential home Deputy Manager.
Ese's role requires being a good listener, strong operating of the home, displaying kindness to everyone and being a team player. Every day, spending time with the residents is something she takes pride in. Ese thoroughly enjoys lending them an ear, listening to their life stories and admiring the experiences they have.
Ultimately a fun fact about Ese, she loves singing and dancing as a form of expression and just immersing herself in a jovial way, and treats the shower like the 02 arena when I’m in full swing

Tim recently joined the Hampstead Court team as Senior Customer Services Manager. In this role, Tim is tasked with promoting the home within the local community, building relationships with other care organisations and handling all enquiries from initial contact, through to 'showarounds', co-ordinating assessments and eventual admissions.
Tim has over 35 years of experience in sales and customer service. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tim worked as a professional photographer for 10 years completing projects for many top UK companies including Argos, Butlins, Jaguar Land Rover, Marriott International and Arora Hotels. In 2021 Tim took on a public-facing role as Centre Manager running a sports centre in Bisley in Surrey. Tim was responsible for all aspects of running the centre from building maintenance and staffing through to customer experience together with the planning and successful delivery of major sporting events.
Working with many customer-focused companies has given Tim first-hand (and ‘hands-on’) experience of what is involved in not just meeting but exceeding customer expectations and how to deliver consistent levels of service. Tim says he is not a big fan of management speak, but firmly believes in the saying that there is no 'I' in the team and the need for all parts of the organisation to work together in supporting clients. Tim also thinks the key to successful customer service is being interested in your clients and that curiosity and enthusiasm can achieve a lot.
Outside of work, Tim sings in a choir, collects classic books and keeps scanning the online car adverts for a vintage MG BGT in a vain effort to relive his youth!
