My aunt came in for respite care over the Christmas period and loved every minute of it. I was impressed by how the staff introduced themselves to her, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Having had experience of other care homes in the area it was lovely to see members of staff smiling which added to the overall experience of the home and made you feel welcome.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. Our entire team try their very best to ensure residents and their relatives feel welcome at Jubilee House and it's nice to hear you felt that. Your aunt would be welcome back here any time, she was a joy to care for. Many thanks.
I am so very impressed with the excellent and loving care Mum is receiving in Jubilee House. The team, environment and facilities are all to a very high standard... we are so lucky to have such a place and great care in the area.
Thank you for the fantastic feedback. We feel very honoured to be able to care for such a kind and wonderful lady whose smile lights up the room. We also feel very lucky that she chose Jubilee House as her home. Thank you again.
The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The food is amazing and we have enjoyed having lunch with her when we visit.
Mum really enjoys all the activities including visits from live penguins! The treat of a facial or nails being varnished each week is an added bonus.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, it is always very much appreciated by the team who work incredibly hard to ensure life at Jubilee is special. Caring for your mother and welcoming the family into Jubilee House is very much our pleasure. We look forward to seeing you for a long time to come. Thank you again.
Mum came in here for two weeks of respite care whilst we were abroad; she enjoyed it so much that she decided she did not want to return home! We were delighted with her decision! The staff are lovely, so kind and caring. The home itself is beautifully furnished, well laid out and clean. Would totally recommend it.
Thank you for the wonderful review. Jubilee is all the brighter for having your mother here, so we are very glad she decided to stay with us. The team will appreciate this great feedback, so thank you for taking the time to give it.
I booked into this wonderful care home because I needed to be looked after, after an operation for a hernia. I live on my own and could not get any help. The management and staff have been fantastic, and caring, with fantastic food and marvellous facilities and security. I am returning home feeling fit and happy that I made this decision.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback, we will be sure to pass it on to the teams. It was an absolute pleasure to support you in your time of need and we do hope that you will come back and visit us sometime, we do miss your smiley face! Take care.
I was only with you a fairly short time, but the experience was so very relaxed and a very friendly atmosphere. The staff so very kind and helpful. Would recommend you highly.
Thank you for the kind feedback. You would always be welcome back at Jubilee. Take care for now.
Disappointed that a particular TV channel was not available and no mention of films in the cinema. No lift working for four days if the cinema was available.
Food times were not good when used to eating 1-2 hours later.
The care home was very convenient with a lovely garden and extremely pleasant seating areas.
Thank you for your honest review. Sadly, one of the lifts did require a replacement part during your stay but there are 2 lifts in the home and the second one could have been used if it was required. The cinema is available at all times so I am sorry that wasn't clear, I will speak to the events...
As relatives we are welcomed with smiles, it really does feel like we are part of the Jubilee House family.
Thank you so much for the lovely comments. You are very much part of the Jubilee House family and will always be welcome. Your mother is an absolute delight and a pleasure to care for.
Jubilee House has been amazing throughout the interim period of Mum moving in to now. She's been treated like a queen. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the feedback, the team really do appreciate it. Your mum deserves the very best care and treatment and we are delighted you chose the team at Jubilee House to provide that for her. It's a pleasure!
A good sized room with en-suite facilities, plenty of storage and power points.
All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was treated kindly and respectfully. I have some physical disabilities which the care staff quickly came to understand and manage.
The food is lovely, be prepared to gain weight!
I would highly recommend Jubilee House and look forward to regular future visits.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your respite stay at Jubilee House, our teams value your feedback very much. It was an absolute pleasure to take care of you and we do hope we will see you again in the future if further respite is needed. Take care of yourself.
Thank you to the Jubilee House Care Home team.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review, it means a lot to the team to receive such great feedback. Your father was an absolute delight to care for and we would welcome him back in a heartbeat, he definitely has a fan club. Please come and visit us for a coffee and cake anytime. Take care.
