To the incredible team at Butlers Mews,
We want to express our deepest gratitude for the loving care you provided to my mother, Marion, in her last days. Knowing she was safe, comfortable, and in such gentle hands gave us total peace of mind.
A very special thank you goes to Shirley, Tracey, Kodie, Divya and Sam for going above and beyond to look after her so wonderfully.
We would particularly like to mention Kodie. She is only 18, but she showed a level of maturity, empathy, and respect while administering mouth care that was deeply comforting to see. She is an absolute credit to your team.
Thank you all for turning a painful journey into a peaceful one.
With warmest thanks,

Patsy and Patsy

Michelle was so helpful facilitating a place for my Mother at very short notice. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is modern, airy and immaculate. My Mother's room is superb and she loved it from day one. The staff are very happy, compassionate and so accommodating. This is the best care home in Rugby by far!

I can't express how pleased I am with the care and friendliness of how my Mother has been looked after since arriving here.

All of the staff are there to help your loved ones settle in to their new home and routine. Nothing is to much for them, it certainly doesn't feel like a care home. They have different activities each week for all residents, from films in the cinema, to games, bingo, performers coming in and even some outings. I am hoping that all this kindness will help my mother feel like she has a new home, doesn't need to worry and feels safe. Thank you so much to all the staff who are doing a brilliant job.

Butlers Mews Care Home is a wonderful place. I have visited many other care homes and this is, by far, the best. I am particularly impressed by the feel of the place, the range of activities, the fascilities, the quality of meals and most of all, the staff.

Without exception, I have found all staff to be helpful, friendly and professional, this goes from top to bottom. The site manager is brilliant and has been invaluable during the move of my parents from their home to Butlers Mews. Highly recommended

Butler's Mews is an amazing place full of fun and love. They care for my mum so brilliantly. Everyone knows her by name, even the cleaning staff and reception staff, and they stop to greet her and give her some attention whenever they see her. The entertainment is varied and engaging and my mum seems genuinely happy to live there, despite having dementia and having to be away from her family. This is so reassuring for her family and we feel welcomed and valued whenever we visit too. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I can't speak highly enough about Butlers Mews Care Home. My mother has now been here 18 months and during that time I have witnessed the amazing care and compassion shown by all of the staff from the cleaners to care staff to management. Butlers Mews is immaculately clean, friendly and fun for residents - not to mention the delicious fresh food that is prepared. I would not choose anywhere else for my mother to be!

Very pleased with extremely caring staff. I always get a warm welcome to. The staff are very caring to 'Jim' because he always cries when I leave him - Rea in particular - soon calms him down
It has been such a relief to me after being Jims carer for three years.

It is a relief to let the reins go, although I had tremendous guilt, staff reassured me.

I cannot fault the care & attention my relative has received since moving into Butlers Mews. This was a huge move out of a very much loved home but to see my relative being welcomed & so well cared for is a huge relief. There is always someone around to approach if needed. The activities provided are so varied & well executed. I have nothing but praise for this care home.

My mother in-law has been a resident at Butlers Mews for almost 2 months.
Myself and other members of the family are very impressed. Mum has also expressed how happy she is which makes us happy!
The staff are excellent, hard-working, kind, compassionate, professional with attention to detail. Nothing seems too much for them. It's a charming, comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom. The variety and quality of food has been excellent.

I would recommend the home to anyone looking for help with their loved ones. Thank you Butlers Mews.

I was very pleased with the care my mum received at Butlers Mews, Rugby.
All the staff were very friendly and approachable, answered any questions we asked.
The home is very modern and clean, washing was done regularly and pressed & put on hangers.
Mum was clean & tidy when we visited and loved staying there.
As mum has dementia ,she wouldn't be able to speak for herself.
She enjoyed most of the food and I loved the idea of showing her two plates of choices she could have.
We asked for mum to join in any activities as she would probably say no which was listened to.

I would highly recommend this care home, mum was only there for respite for two weeks but I wouldn't hesitate to let her stay there again.

The dedicated team at Butler Mews provide outstanding care! The home is a delight to visit. My grandmother is content, comfortable & relaxed. With a person centred approach at its heart, my grandmother settled quickly. She has personalised her room and quite simply it is now her home. Butler Mews' excellent facilities are evident. The critical success factor is the phenomenal care and expertise provided by staff, working together across all areas. They clearly feel valued and enjoy their roles. This is reflected in the atmosphere and in their enthusiasm for my grandmother's care. They have the perfect balance of availability & approachability; with discretion & privacy. My grandmother has established unique & positive relationships with her carers. There is always huge trepidation when faced with any transition. None more so than when transitioning into residential care, for both resident and loved ones. All fears quickly dissipated with the support of guidance of staff. Thank you!

My grandmother moved into Butler's Mews in February 2025 following surgery due to a broken arm. She was understandably nervous about losing her independence. However, the experience at Butler's Mews has been incredible; the facilities, food, rooms but most of all the staff! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much for them. It has made a difficult transition a lot easier and we can't thank them enough for this! Highly recommend for anyone needing this type of service.

My Mother has been a resident since February this year. The care she has been given since arriving there is amazing. The staff are so kind and compassionate. She is cared for 24 hours a day, nothing is too much trouble. As a family we are so impressed with the home in general. We visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. The atmosphere there is happy and uplifting, lots of activities and musical events. I have great admiration for the staff and management of this home.

In all aspects you have listed I can only say I was impressed - the kindness and friendliness of staff was an especial feature if there was an area that I would suggest examination it is access to GP and perhaps a more easily reportable system for medical conditions. That aside, a faultless and successful system of which you should be proud (sorry vision very limited at present)
