I cannot fault the care & attention my relative has received since moving into Butlers Mews. This was a huge move out of a very much loved home but to see my relative being welcomed & so well cared for is a huge relief. There is always someone around to approach if needed. The activities provided are
so varied & well executed. I have nothing but praise for this care home.

My mother in-law has been a resident at Butlers Mews for almost 2 months.
Myself and other members of the family are very impressed. Mum has also expressed how happy she is which makes us happy!
The staff are excellent, hard-working, kind, compassionate, professional with attention to detail. Nothing
seems too much for them. It's a charming, comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom. The variety and quality of food has been excellent.
I would recommend the home to anyone looking for help with their loved ones. Thank you Butlers Mews.

I was very pleased with the care my mum received at Butlers Mews, Rugby.
All the staff were very friendly and approachable,answered any questions we asked.
The home is very modern and clean, washing was done regularly and pressed & put on hangers.
Mum was clean & tidy when we visited and loved staying
there.
As mum has dementia ,she wouldn't be able to speak for herself.
She enjoyed most of the food and I loved the idea of showing her two plates of choices she could have.
We asked for mum to join in any activities as she would probably say no which was listened to.
I would highly recommend this care home, mum was only there for respite for two weeks but I wouldn't hesitate to let her stay there again.

Mum is currently a resident at Butlers Mews.
We as a family feel so grateful to have found this place. It is exceptional outstanding 5 star plus on all levels. The staff go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable. Mum is always spoken to and treated with dignity and kindness, I feel good
genuine care is given. The food is amazing too. We also have the most delicious cakes and coffee when visiting. They are all super stars in every way. Butlers Mews has a cheerful atmosphere, staff and residents look relaxed and happy which speaks volumes.

The dedicated team at Butler Mews provide outstanding care! The home is a delight to visit. My grandmother is content, comfortable & relaxed. With a person centred approach at its heart, my grandmother settled quickly. She has personalised her room and quite simply it is now her home. Butler Mews' excellent
facilities are evident. The critical success factor is the phenomenal care and expertise provided by staff, working together across all areas. They clearly feel valued and enjoy their roles.This is reflected in the atmosphere and in their enthusiasm for my grandmother's care. They have the perfect balance of availability & approachability; with discretion & privacy. My grandmother has established unique & positive relationships with her carers. There is always huge trepidation when faced with any transition. None more so than when transitioning into residential care, for both resident and loved ones. My Mother has been a resident since February this year. The care she has been given since arriving there is amazing. The staff are so kind and compassionate. She is cared for 24 hours a day, nothing is too much trouble. As a family we are so impressed with the home in general. We visit regularly and
are always made to feel welcome. The atmosphere there is happy and uplifting, lots of activities and musical events. I have great admiration for the staff and management of this home.

My grandmother moved into Butler's Mews in February 2025 following surgery due to a broken arm. She was understandably nervous about losing her independence. However, the experience at Butler's Mews has been incredible; the facilities, food, rooms but most of all the staff! Everyone is so friendly and
accommodating, nothing is too much for them. It has made a difficult transition a lot easier and we can't thank them enough for this! Highly recommend for anyone needing this type of service.

In all aspects you have listed I can only say I was impressed - the kindness and friendliness of staff was an especial feature if there was an area that I would suggest examination it is access to GP and perhaps a more easily reportable system for medical conditions. My mum arrived at Butlers Mews a few days ago. She has settled in exceptionally well and very quickly. The facilities are fabulous and she has already commented that everywhere is spotless, the cutlery is sparkling and the white linen tablecloths. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and cheerful.
It has been a huge relief to me that mum has settled in so quickly and is being cared for by such lovely and caring staff including the management, who have been so supportive to me too.

On arriving at Butlers Mews we were greeted by the staff
The room was very spacious and clean
Had lunch with my friend which was well presented and tasty
All the staff chatted to my friend and made her feel at home
Returned two days later to have private dining with my friend her sister, my partner
and myself, The chef came and introduced himself and the meal once again was fabulous
After three days my friend felt at home.

My first visit to Butlers Mews and I was very impressed with the facilities, food, friendliness of staff and general feel of the place. My sister seems to like her room but is still 'settling in'. Our private dining experience with 2 friends was lovely and the food, was delicious.

Given what are fairly distressing circumstances for a loved one, the experience at Butlers Mews Care Home was exceptional. The home itself was kept spotlessly clean, lovely facilities, plenty of activities and generally a very happy atmosphere.
Although the above is very important, more importantly,
the care is wonderful. I witnessed wonderful attention and affection from young girls given to very elderly residents which was definitely above and beyond basic care.
As far as l was concerned, as a very regular visitor, nothing was too much trouble. They frequently laid a table especially for us, in what was the piano room, so that l could join my husband for tea as there obviously wasn't a place for me in the dining room. We were offered the use of equipment and facilities in the hair salon so that my son could do my husband's hair and beard. Finally, the manager and her deputy were a wonderful team, clearly very happy to be working with each other and the atmosphere came from the top.

I was very worried about my mum going into a home as she has lived with me for many years and is a very nervous lady but she has a lot of respect for all the staff and has made lovely friends. She is still very nervous and doesn't like to be a problem when asking for help.

Staff were helpful when we arrived, they were very attentive to my auntie. We were taken to a quiet place to spend time together chatting. When she needed help, it was very easy to get hold of supportive staff to help her back to her room. Her wishes were listened to and the right support was given.
When we left, I spoke to staff and someone went back in to sit with her. It was a very friendly and inviting place to be in.

I joined Avery in September 2022. Previously to this, I was a Registered General Nurse in 1996 and worked in a private Nursing home. Butler's Mews is the first Care Home I have commissioned, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.


In my spare time, I enjoy, walking and Yoga.

My name is Gina, I am the Deputy Manager at Butlers Mews Care Home. I am a registered Nurse in the Philippines since 1995 and moved to the UK in 2008, where I started as a Senior Carer in a Nursing home. I studied for my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, then I became a registered manager in a local residential care home.

It's been an absolute privilege to be part of such a wonderful Care home from the start, and building relationships with every new resident and their family ensuring the journey and transitioning into a new environment is a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout.
