Our family cannot thank everyone at Butlers Mews enough for making Dad feel so welcome and at home. The love, care, kindness and compassion shown to him by every member of the team mean more to us than words can express. We are truly grateful for everything you do to make his days so special.

The routine of a substantial lunch followed by a light tea meant I felt "peckish" by about 9.00 but I'm sure this could have been accomodated if I had asked.

All the staff, from management to cleaners and in between are all very helpful and friendly. Butlers Mews has a lovely welcoming feel when ever you go there, the staff are always on hand to assist residents when needed and ensure all residents are able to mix with the other residents in the communal areas

Butlers mews had been recommended to me. I soon had a conversation with Manager Michelle who quickly put my worries at ease. I am extremly grateful & pleased how the move went. My nan has settled in well just with in a few days she is smiling again & always looks nice & clean. She is sleeping which she wasn't in her previous home. I find the staff kind,professional & very approachable.

Always quiet areas available if required. Easy to contact staff for any issues.

My dad's only complaint is that he doesn't always enjoy the food, but is very content and comfortable and Butlers Mews and I am always safe in the knowledge that he is safe and looked after.

my dad has the most amazing care, the staff are caring, kind, and give time to listen to him, encourage him to drink eat and join in with Activities, they are full of fun and have lots of energy to make my dad days much brighter, thank you to all the staff of Butlers mews

Michelle was so helpful facilitating a place for my Mother at very short notice. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is modern, airy and immaculate. My Mother's room is superb and she loved it from day one. The staff are very happy, compassionate and so accommodating. This is the best care home in Rugby by far!

All of the staff are there to help your loved ones settle in to their new home and routine. Nothing is to much for them, it certainly doesn't feel like a care home. They have different activities each week for all residents, from films in the cinema, to games, bingo, performers coming in and even some outings. I am hoping that all this kindness will help my mother feel like she has a new home, doesn't need to worry and feels safe. Thank you so much to all the staff who are doing a brilliant job.

Without exception, I have found all staff to be helpful, friendly and professional, this goes from top to bottom. The site manager is brilliant and has been invaluable during the move of my parents from their home to Butlers Mews. Highly recommended

Butler's Mews is an amazing place full of fun and love. They care for my mum so brilliantly. Everyone knows her by name, even the cleaning staff and reception staff, and they stop to greet her and give her some attention whenever they see her. The entertainment is varied and engaging and my mum seems genuinely happy to live there, despite having dementia and having to be away from her family. This is so reassuring for her family and we feel welcomed and valued whenever we visit too. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I can't speak highly enough about Butlers Mews Care Home. My mother has now been here 18 months and during that time I have witnessed the amazing care and compassion shown by all of the staff from the cleaners to care staff to management. Butlers Mews is immaculately clean, friendly and fun for residents - not to mention the delicious fresh food that is prepared. I would not choose anywhere else for my mother to be!

So impressed with Butlers Mews and all their staff. My dad has settled so quickly with their amazing care and attention to all his needs. Every time I walk in there are always happy residents & happy staff that are so giving of their time, however busy.

It is a relief to let the reins go, although I had tremendous guilt, staff reassured me.

I cannot fault the care & attention my relative has received since moving into Butlers Mews. This was a huge move out of a very much loved home but to see my relative being welcomed & so well cared for is a huge relief. There is always someone around to approach if needed. The activities provided are so varied & well executed. I have nothing but praise for this care home.

I would highly recommend this care home, mum was only there for respite for two weeks but I wouldn't hesitate to let her stay there again.

We as a family feel so grateful to have found this place. It is exceptional outstanding 5 star plus on all levels. The staff go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable. Mum is always spoken to and treated with dignity and kindness, I feel good genuine care is given. The food is amazing too. We also have the most delicious cakes and coffee when visiting. They are all super stars in every way. Butlers Mews has a cheerful atmosphere, staff and residents look relaxed and happy which speaks volumes.
