Our relative is happy and very well cared for. The staff are welcoming and friendly but very professional. The building and surroundings are lovely. This is the perfect home for our relative.

This will be my mother's fourth visit this year! We use Butlers Mews Care Home - Avery Healthcare for respite care while we are away. The staff are exceptional. When we arrive the office staff make you welcome and direct you, the floor staff show kindness and care for my mother. We have met the chef and the laundry manager who again are lovely. The staff all listened to me when I explained the care my mother needs, her eating and drinking requirements which are very important to me (my mother has dementia) as well as her personal care.

We used Butlers Mews for a respite stay lasting six weeks for Dad. The manager and her team were all welcoming and made sure Dad had the best time during his stay. His room was spacious and very comfortable. The food and facilities were excellent as were the staff who were all kind and caring for Dad's needs. The family who visited during our holiday all fed back and commented on how great the place and people are. We are so impressed that we have already booked another stay for Dad later this year when we are away again, meaning we can enjoy our holiday knowing Dad is getting care that is first class and easily worth a 5-star rating. Our stay at Butlers Mews was amazing. My husband and I were having a bathroom done, so we decided to come and have a respite for a week. The staff were all so caring and friendly. Rooms were excellent. They made our stay fabulous and can't fault them at all. We would stay there again.

From making the first enquiry, to moving in, everything was very professional. Mum has been at Butlers Mews now for about 14 weeks, we were welcomed into the home from day one. Since being moved from a "home" that was closed down, my mum has been given top-class support. They also keep me informed of anything they think I need to know. Although it is very efficient, it's still a relaxing place to be which only experts in this field can achieve in my opinion.

I am currently a permanent resident here at Butlers Mews and have been so for 1 month. I am a type 1 Diabetic and have been for 66 years and the care I receive here is second to none. The home has fantastic facilities and the staff are always so kind and caring. I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends.

Butlers Mews staff are welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk through the door. They are always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are luxurious, with everything a resident could need.

The standards of the home are equivalent to a 5-star hotel. Spotless with a cinema, hairdressers and beauty room. All the staff are professional, helpful and engaging with both residents and visitors. The place is well run, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for residential care, full-time or respite. From the day of admission to Butler's Mews Care Home, my ninety-one year old mother has been cared for with kindness and compassion and received a totally professional service. Although, a residential and not a nursing home, her medical needs have been met above and beyond our expectations. She has presented several issues regarding her health and fallen twice. I have, however, been kept aware by phone of all situations and consulted on referrals to doctors and paramedics. I feel totally confident that Butlers Mews was the right choice for my mother. We are of course fortunate that she is a founder resident in a new care home. Whilst the facilities are beautiful, it is care that matters and I have been able to get to know all the staff and see them in action from the beginning. The atmosphere is happy and upbeat and I feel like we are part of a supportive family. Thank you.
