First home for my grandparents and they couldn't have been more helpful with the whole process. They supported us with the move and eased all of our concerns and worries that any of us had along the way.
Three members of staff couldn't be more attentive and support them with all their needs and really
make the effort to make sure they get to them and their interests.
The activities lady has been amazing with all the activities and always drops in to say hi every day.
A great home, with staff that really care about the residents and communicate with the family at all times.
I would highly recommend this home. I can't thank them enough for the care they are giving.

Making the decision to move a loved one from their own environment into alien surroundings, can often be a heartbreaking experience and the empathy and sensitivity with which the staff at Butlers Mews Care Home handled our situation, was just perfect.
Whenever we are greeted, we are treated like friends
and family, and just walking through the doors gives us a total sense of relief, now that we no longer have to worry about our mom, we can just get on with enjoying the beautiful environment, amazing surroundings and the best staff ever.
Every one of my mother’s needs and beyond have not only been met but exceeded and all of her idiosyncrasies, of which there are many, have been catered for.
I would just like to thank the staff for the kindness, generosity of heart, sensitivity and inordinate respect they have all shown our family and most importantly, our mother.
You have brought peace and joy to a heartbreaking situation.

My father has recently had to make the decision to move into residential care to support his physical and mental well-being. He has found the Butlers Mews Care Home to feel very much like his own home, the environment is welcoming and clean. The staff are supportive and caring. In his words 'it is like
living in a hotel with the supportive care of friends'.

The home and its facilities are excellent in every way from the beautiful surroundings to the staff who from day one have all been absolutely fantastic. Each one couldn't be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. We feel like we have joined a real 'family' at Butlers Mews and know that Mum is in safe

I joined Avery in September 2022. Previously to this, I was a Registered General Nurse in 1996 and worked in a private Nursing home. Butler's Mews is the first Care Home I have commissioned, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.


In my spare time, I enjoy, walking and Yoga.

My name is Gina, I am the Deputy Manager at Butlers Mews Care Home. I am a registered Nurse in the Philippines since 1995 and moved to the UK in 2008, where I started as a Senior Carer in a Nursing home. I studied for my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, then I became a registered manager in a local residential care home.


My hobbies include Singing with our residents and dancing.

I started to work with Avery in November 2022, when Butler's Mews was still being built. This was my first role within the Care industry, but I have had previous management experience in the Recruitment and Transport sector, as well as working with a local Charity.


It's been an absolute privilege to be part of such a wonderful Care home from the start, and building relationships with every new resident and their family ensuring the journey and transitioning into a new environment is a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout.


I would have to say this has been the most rewarding role throughout my working history, and it's a pleasure to come to work each day.


My hobbies include spending time with my 3 Grandsons and learning to play the Piano.

I have worked in the care industry since 2007. My role here at Butlers Mews Care Home allows me to deliver person-centred care to each resident which is where my passion is. I love the contact I have with all the residents and families and the wonderful team I work with.


My hobbies include Travelling and Korean dramas and I also used to enjoy Tae Kwon Do and even managed to achieve 2nd-degree blackbelt level 1.

My hobbies include spending quality time with my family and long walks with my lovely dog Willow.
