Our all inclusive fee gives peace of mind and allows residents to enjoy our facilities and services without having to worry about extra costs. It includes a monthly appointment at our onsite hair salon, regular chiropody appointments, a full and varied activity program, annual eye tests, annual dental check ups and transport and accompaniment to medical appointments where necessary.

Well designed areas, changing colour palette. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the guests. Roast beef lunch was excellent.

After spending two weeks of respite care in Kings Court. I am very happy to do a review. The carers were all professional and friendly. I would like to mention three in particular. The food and drink were plentiful and of good quality, the cooking was excellent and I particularly liked the fact that
fresh fruit was readily available. The laundry service was wonderful and clothes were neatly folded and returned to a drawer or hung in one's wardrobe. My room and bathroom were cleaned each day. I was so happy there that I intend going there for good in September of this year. I have two suggestions i.e. A second jigsaw pad would make like easier and I believe a 'music and movement' exercise class would benefit the residents.

The management and staff of Kings Court are really exceptional. Kindness, diligence, empathetic caring, careful supervisory oversight and determination to deliver a rich weekly schedule of activities, characterise this care home.
From being fearful of how this would work out before we brought our
mother to live here in May 2023, we now are thinking that a care home such as this might be quite nice for ourselves when our time comes. I don't give top reviews easily, but I really cannot praise the care given by the team at Kings Court enough. Thank you all, you are so lovely.
I have only marked 'Rooms' and 'Value for Money' as 4* because having observed the lived experience over many tens of hours, I now realise that the standard bedrooms are perhaps a little small and I fear that the common living area and residents self-service kitchenette area will be too small as each wing reaches capacity, particularly at busy visitor times, even allowing for use of the garden rooms.

Kings Court is a very caring care home, with very kind and attentive staff. The home itself is a wonderful place to be, in a nice setting and beautifully decorated. For Dad, the highlight is the food, which is to a very high standard.

We visit the home regularly and are always treated very well and offered refreshments. The staff are very friendly and help with Mum's needs, ensuring she is well cared for. They always have lots of activities to keep Mum occupied. Lovely, bright room and my wife is able to do her nails as she always
has.

I came for a four week respite break and decided to stay permanently. The place itself is beautiful. The team are kind and caring and I feel I am treated as an individual. The food is really excellent. I have enjoyed plenty of activities and trips out. This care home is delivering on its promise and
is a significant step up on other local care homes I have visited.

New care home just completed, finish to the care home could be better. Staff are excellent, building and gardens are kept clean and tidy. Good temperature inside the building on a hot day.
