From the moment my mother came to stay at Kings Court she has been made to feel very welcome and cared for. Her needs are met and she seems to be coping well and is happy. The staff are excellent, very caring, patient and understanding. The environment is lovely and I feel reassured my mother is in such a lovely care home.

Have always found all the staff polite and welcoming on all of my visits. The place is always very clean and tidy and all the fittings and furnishings are of excellent quality. There are always staff at hand to look after the residents, everywhere has a friendly helpful attitude. It gives me peace of mind that my mum is safe and well cared for. Please keep up the good work.

After spending two weeks of respite care in Kings Court. I am very happy to do a review. The carers were all professional and friendly. I would like to mention three in particular. The food and drink were plentiful and of good quality, the cooking was excellent and I particularly liked the fact that fresh fruit was readily available. The laundry service was wonderful and clothes were neatly folded and returned to a drawer or hung in one's wardrobe. My room and bathroom were cleaned each day. I was so happy there that I intend going there for good in September of this year. I have two suggestions i.e. A second jigsaw pad would make like easier and I believe a 'music and movement' exercise class would benefit the residents.

Overall Experience
The management and staff of Kings Court are really exceptional. Kindness, diligence, empathetic caring, careful supervisory oversight and determination to deliver a rich weekly schedule of activities, characterise this care home.
From being fearful of how this would work out before we brought our mother to live here in May 2023, we now are thinking that a care home such as this might be quite nice for ourselves when our time comes. I don't give top reviews easily, but I really cannot praise the care given by the team at Kings Court enough. Thank you all, you are so lovely.

I have only marked 'Rooms' and 'Value for Money' as 4* because having observed the lived experience over many tens of hours, I now realise that the standard bedrooms are perhaps a little small and I fear that the common living area and residents self-service kitchenette area will be too small as each wing reaches capacity, particularly at busy visitor times, even allowing for use of the garden rooms.

Kings Court is a very caring care home, with very kind and attentive staff. The home itself is a wonderful place to be, in a nice setting and beautifully decorated. For Dad, the highlight is the food, which is to a very high standard.

I came for a four week respite break and decided to stay permanently. The place itself is beautiful. The team are kind and caring and I feel I am treated as an individual. The food is really excellent. I have enjoyed plenty of activities and trips out. This care home is delivering on its promise and is a significant step up on other local care homes I have visited.

We visit the home regularly and are always treated very well and offered refreshments. The staff are very friendly and help with Mum's needs, ensuring she is well cared for. They always have lots of activities to keep Mum occupied. Lovely, bright room and my wife is able to do her nails as she always has.
