The staff are friendly and kind and very helpful. My father-in-law says he likes being here and interacting with the staff (playing chess). Every question we ask is answered straight away or they find out and let us know.
Dear Ian, thank you for your kind words, we will share this with our staff team, we are still trying to beat him at chess! Look forward to seeing you soon. Lesley.
I would recommend to anyone to send their loved ones there.
Dear Michaela, thank you so much; we have been so pleased with Dad's progress. It has been our pleasure, and we will share your feedback with the staff. Look forward to seeing you soon.
Always a very good experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly and my friend seems very comfortable and happy here.
Thank you for your lovely review, we are always so grateful to share with our staff the experience that our family and friends have of our service and we are delighted to support your loved one who has flourished so well since joining us. Many thanks, Lesley
Our mother is incredibly happy at Brookwater. The homemakers are utterly delightful and very patient. Her morale has improved considerably, and we have observed the return of her sense of humour; she has begun taking pride in her appearance and the clothes she wears. The room is light and very comfortable, and the food is five stars. Thank you all so much.
Thank you so much for your lovely words, which we will share with the team to show them how much you appreciate them. We are so happy that Mum has settled in so well.
