Horsforth Manor Care Home

I am so glad I found Horsforth Manor for my dad. The home is beautiful, like a luxury hotel. His room was spacious and attractive with plenty of room for his own things, and ensuite facilities. The management team and the carers are so caring and compassionate. My dad was given the most exceptional care in the Haven Unit. He settled in quickly and was very happy in his last weeks. He loved the carers who displayed real affection for him. The activities are fantastic, and he loved joining in singing whenever he could. The staff were always friendly and helpful to me too and I always felt welcome there. There was plenty of room in the spacious lounge for me to sit with my dad. The other residents always looked happy and well cared for. The food always looked good and the chef came to chat to my dad and other residents often. I couldn't have wished for anything better for him in his last weeks of life. It was amazing. Thank you.

I visit Horsforth Manor every week. On each visit, I see both staff & residents. The home is beautiful & the residents are always happy. The care of the residents is paramount to the staff. I always see the residents treated with respect & dignity. There is always a happy atmosphere which is warm & welcoming. I have never heard any complaints or concerns from the residents or visitors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the home to anyone needing bespoke care.

During my dad’s recent stay at Horsforth Manor Care Home, the team showed utter compassion and care, love and kindness, not only to him but to our wider family. My dad was cared for with dignity in a wonderful environment and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The team went out of their way to show understanding and offer support during a very difficult time and we thank them wholeheartedly.
