We have been delighted with the high standard of care and support provided to Mum by the wonderful staff at Trinity Manor. The home is spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic. A wide variety of activities are provided to keep the residents entertained and engaged. It is reassuring to know she is in such good and caring hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity Manor.

The Care Home is clean, tidy and with pleasant furnishings. The staff are friendly and helpful and try to accommodate my husband's needs which are not always easy. My only suggestion would be if he could have more interaction in the form of activities as he does say he is bored! He has always been a "people person". However, I do feel he is well looked after and seems to get on well with the carers which is a great comfort to me.

My mother chose this home after attending for two respites earlier in the year. She is very happy to be there.

All staff are helpful and welcoming and attend to her needs. The rooms and facilities are to a high standard of furnishings. I am a daughter who is not local and am happy to know my mother is being well looked after. Visitors are made welcome at any time.

My mother has been at Trinity Manor Care Home for a year and we have been so pleased with the overall care and facilities. All the staff are so helpful and caring towards my mother. There is now a great entertainment team so my mother now can't say "I'm lonely". She's treated with dignity and kindness. I can wholeheartedly recommend this 5-star care home.

A very welcoming care home with excellent facilities and very comfortable rooms. The management and care team work very well together to provide high-quality care in a very pleasant environment. Family and friends of residents are always made to feel very comfortable when visiting. As the son of a resident who doesn't live close, the home contact is made very easy via telephone. I can call anytime to speak to my mother and get an update on her health.

Overall Experience

My father spent 10 weeks in Trinity Manor before he sadly died last week (June 2024). Trinity Manor became our second home and the team in the home were our friends. They could not have been kinder and more supportive. The overall service is amazing, every member of the team genuinely cared about my dad and his needs and they also made sure we (the family) were okay. The communication was excellent, with all of our questions and enquiries answered as soon as possible in a friendly, polite and efficient manner. The home is relatively new, less than a year old in June 2024, and is purpose built so the facilities are outstanding. Everything is clean and tidy and everyone works in a diligent, neat way. The food is superb, Dad hadn't eaten for a while before he moved in and actually gained some weight in the first few days/weeks as he started to eat more. Special mention and our heartfelt thanks to the staff at reception and all the team. An amazing place!

Fairly recently established care home, not yet fully occupied. The staff (each and every) were kind, caring, loving and there for me. Building, furnishings and equipment all to a high standard. Most of my time there I was too weak to take part in activities, but I still received support and encouragement for my own needs in kindness and sharing. I had no previous experience to compare before.

This home is absolutely outstanding. The staff inclusive of everyone can not do enough to make this experience as warm and comfortable as possible. The home itself is like a five-star hotel. In fact every visitor my mother-in-law has had has said they are moving in. The decor is absolutely beautiful and everything is so clean. The menu is fantastic and Mum has enjoyed most meals. The manager has gone out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and more. Not just for Mum but also for the whole family.

My 96-year-old mother moved to Morar Trinity Manor in February 2024 following a horrendous experience at another home. The whole experience has been absolutely wonderful. Aesthetically this is a beautiful home and the care and management matches the aesthetic beauty. The manager is exceptional, always has time for you and you can tell staff have been handpicked for their warm and caring attitudes. The food is of a high standard, my mother is nourished with food, care and warmth from all the lovely staff and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Well, I know for certain my daughter enjoyed her stay at Trinity Manor Stratford, she didn't want to come home and that was good to see although she didn't sleep the first night! But she did sleep the following night. I have now got some sleeping tablets for that from docs but she has asked to go back and see friends and feels so much better about her staying there too. The staff were wonderful too, hats off to them.

The process of my mother moving in was made so easy with the help of the manager and staff at Trinity Manor. The staff are all so very kind and friendly and have made mum feel at home within a short time.

She was able to have some of her furniture in her room so it felt more like home. It has been such a weight off my mind seeing her so cared for and responsibility has been taken from me for medication along with many other day-to-day things. The food is excellent and she is eating so well. Nothing is too much trouble.

Whenever I visit I'm always greeted with a smile and cheerful hello from the receptionist. Myself and our family are so happy that mum is happy and settled in her new home and being cared for so well.

Trinity Manor has a lovely ambience as soon as you set foot inside this luxurious home. You are greeted with smiling faces everywhere you go. The rooms are a lot more spacious than your average care home and my friend also has a balcony which is a real wow factor! The chef prepares a good choice of nutritious food and caters for all dietary needs. The staff provide a high level of care and compassion too. I would definitely recommend Trinity Manor because it truly is pure luxury. It feels more like living in a very posh hotel with care.
