We cannot thank you enough and highly recommend Greenfield Care home to anyone who may need their services.

From the first day I went to c the home it felt like home loved it the room the lounges the kitchen very clean the garden the carers are excellent the manager is the best my dad is very happy clean and independent I am very happy

After caring for my mother who has dementia for many years my health had become so bad and made the hardest decision of my life that to place my mother into a care home and meeting the staff and management who has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and care of residents and create a warm friendly safe loving caring environment and even though I feel like I have le my mother down by letting her go which is totally normal the staff have always made me feel welcome and however hard it is seeing my mum whilst visiting I know she is safe and looked after and cared for always.

Greenfield view, provides a safe, secure,clean and well managed care home. The needs of the residents are well provided for, considering the varied requirements of the different cultures. The management and staff have a good degree of knowledge in caring for the many different needs of the residents.

My mother was a resident at Greenfield View. Initially I was nervous putting her into a care home as she has always been very independant and lived on her own. However she was an Alzheimer's patient and I was finding it difficult to care for her having to hold down a full-time job and look after my family. However within a few weeks of moving in my mum was so happy and all the staff took care of her so well. I would visit her every day and never once did I feel I made the wrong decision. They would make delicious food for her and quite often would make foods that she liked to eat. The staff would do various activities with my mum like dancing, aerobics, painting and would keep her occupied. My mum never once complained about Greenview or the staff as she was so happy.

We drove from London to visit our aunty. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the welcome and the decor and message displayed that read 'every family has a story - welcome to ours', this brought a smile and tears to my eyes. We signed in with the help of the manager. We were led to the TV lounge and this is so well kept without the usual care home smell. The furniture is brand new. Hearing my aunty tell us about her care, we were very much touched as it is not the norm to hear this as our aunty is very fussy. This is truly a beautiful and caring environment. We thank you all.

My grandma had an aggressive form of Alzheimer's. She had lived in her own home for over 25 years, comfortable in her own place. It got to a point where she was a risk to herself and needed to be in care, as a family we were worried she wouldn't settle. From the minute she moved into Greenfield View, the manager and the team made my grandma more than comfortable, they turned the house into a home for her and this had become a safe and happy space for her, happier than we had ever thought she would be. I cannot express how amazing the whole team and management had treated my grandma and became family to her. When she was put into palliative care, we were given 24-hour access to ensure her the last part of her life was made easy with her family around. If you are looking for somewhere for yourself or a loved one to be part of a family rather than another number, Greenfield View is the place. I cannot be more thankful and recommend this place much more.

As someone who recently entrusted the care of a loved one to Greenfield View Care Home. I can honestly say that it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness of the facility was good for all the residents, all the staff members showed genuine compassion and dedication in their interactions with the residents. The senior management team were always on hand with support and guidance for us.
