Over all time Henbrook House Care Home has 53 reviews.
My mother-in-law moved to Henbrook House from another care home just over two weeks ago. The home is immaculate with facilities similar to a 5-star hotel. She has a lovely room with its own wet room. She has a view of the garden and a door onto a small patio where she can sit out whenever she wants. Before the move, the staff were excellent in answering all my questions and showing us around several times. My mother-in-law has failing eyesight and the staff are very patient and caring, making sure they announce themselves clearly every time they come into her room and helping her to engage in as many activities as possible. The food is excellent and she is eating well. What has really impressed me is how all the staff, from managers and carers to the hairdresser and housekeepers, always greet my mother-in-law by name, have made time to chat with her and are doing their utmost to make sure she settles in and is happy.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it is such a pleasure to receive such kind feedback, it is a pleasure to care for your mother-in-law, I will share with the team your kind words.
My wonderful uncle moved to Henbrook House quite recently. He is extremely happy in his new home and looks so healthy and well cared for. The staff obviously adore him and most importantly understand him and his needs. His room is palatial and he loves his bed unbelievably not wanting to get up in the mornings as his bed is so comfortable (he has always been an early riser). It's an absolute pleasure to visit him in such a nurturing environment.
Thank you so much for your kind review, it is a pleasure to hear how your uncle is enjoying the home, I look forward to sharing your kind words with the team.
Very impressed with this lovely new care home. Staff are efficient and friendly always approachable. Beautiful rooms equipped with everything required. Excellent menu choices. My father benefitted from the respite care.
Thank you for your kind review, it is always a pleasure to hear of people's experiences with us, I will share your kind words with the team
I cannot fault anything at all within the home.
My father's care is outstanding.
After 2 weeks of being in your care, my father looks like he did 15 years ago. He looks happy, well and clean. His legs have drastically improved. He's had Cellulitis for the past 6 months. His legs are now healed and he's able to remove his bandages from his legs at night. My father actually sleeps in his lovely bed at night. He hadn't slept in a bed for 8 months, before living at Henbrook House. My father is enjoying his food again, he's eating well. The food is of restaurant standard. It's appealing to the eye and tastes amazing. Thank you, Henbrook House. This is care that everybody should receive in their golden years. You also make family and friends so very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. You are amazing.
We are ecstatic to receive such wonderful feedback, it is such a pleasure to care for your Father and already he has become such an integral part of Henbrook House, I will be delighted to share your feedback with the team, it is so meaningful to share such comments to reinforce what a great job they are doing, thank you so much.
Henbrook House has only recently opened and the facilities are top-class. More importantly, all the staff have been excellent first in dealing with my wife and I with all the questions we had about levels of care that Mother-in-law would need and dealing with the fact that although she would put a brave face on moving it wasn't where she wanted to be. The quality of the place has actually made the transition much better than I expected and the lengths the staff have gone to make her welcome have been fabulous.
Thank you for taking the time to review us, we are so touched by your comments and couldn't be happier to care for your Mother-in-law, I will share your comments with our team as it is always a pleasure to hear how people feel about our care home.
I have discussed a few of my own suggestions with the managers. I am hoping they will seek Gold Standards Framework accreditation, and I have suggested a better information brochure that's more suited for potential residents.
We are only two weeks in, but so far we are extremely pleased and impressed.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The feedback and suggestions from family are vital to ensure we are providing the very best service for our families and residents. I will be sure to raise your suggestions with the company. In regards to your kind words about Mum and her first...
The staff have been wonderful in all regards and all the tiny touches have just made it a beautiful experience for my aunt.
From detailed bespoke meals to gorgeous smiles and a wonderful atmosphere - Henbrook has offered my aunt everything possible to make her comfortable. This modern take on assisted living is a movement!
As a member of the family, I am greeted daily by kind-hearted people, who genuinely want to care for our loved ones and I feel unbelievably grateful!
I feel as though the staff are becoming friends and are very much a welcome member of what will be a new kind of family life - better together.
Thank you Henbrook, I dare not name each individual who has given my aunt a special experience and gorgeous care! That would be listing your whole team.
Thank you for this amazing review. Your aunt is very lucky to have such a loving family and it is a pleasure to be looking after her and seeing you all enjoying life at Henbrook House. I will make sure to share this lovely review with the entire team.
She is at Henbrook House for respite. As soon as entering the building which is impressive. It's like an oasis in a busy world.
Henbrook has been really well designed in a truly different way from other homes my daughter has been to before. All staff that I have met have gone beyond my expectations.
Managers have been so helpful and accommodating that it’s like a breath of fresh air.
Henbrook is comfortable and colourful with a bistro and bar area. Reception, cinema room, hairdressers and small salon etc.
Bedrooms are beautifully designed all tastefully with wet rooms.
With some rooms with profile beds.
I have been looking after my daughter for 31 years and I have now found my daughter a safe and outstanding safe haven for her respite care. So thank you to all the staff I know my daughter is in safe hands.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we are honoured to be providing care to your daughter, I look forward to sharing your kind review with our team, it is always such a boost to share with the team kind reviews.
We recently visited a friend at Henbrook Care Home to find him in great health, very happy and surrounded by caring, helpful and friendly staff. The home was beautifully appointed, with the very best furniture and fittings. His room was luxurious and completely accessible for his needs. Our lunch was delicious, with a variety of choices. We saw the cinema, hairdressing salon and vehicles to take out residents. So overall we left feeling that this was a wonderful place to stay, with everything that was necessary and more.
Thank you so much for your kind comments, it is always a pleasure to hear that visitors are happy with the home, I look forward to sharing the lovely comments with the team, thank you.
My friend had to go into a care home as he was starting to be unable to look after himself properly. It is always a real worry when you are trying to find a suitable home but I have to say I was truly amazed when visiting Henbrook House. It is like a five-star hotel, brand new and wonderful accommodation. All of the staff are so caring, helpful and reassuring and couldn't have made his move any easier. He has settled right in and is very happy with his new home. There are things to do on a daily basis and he is already making friends and enjoying the outings. Cannot recommend Henbrook enough.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it is always a pleasure to hear that visitors have had a great experience from our team - I look forward to sharing your comments with the team, as it is a great feeling to hear people's first-hand experiences. Thank you.
My husband and I visited a friend who is a resident and looks happy with his stay in Henbrook house. I asked him if he feels safe and secure in this care home and he gave me a resounding yes. We had lunch there and I must say that the food is really good. The staff members we met were nice and helpful. They would take time to speak to you and quite professionals as well. Thank you for taking good care of our friend and even his lovely wife is happy. God bless all the staff members!
Thank you so much for your kind words, we are delighted that your friend is having such a good stay with us, it is our pleasure to hear such wonderful feedback, I will share your lovely comments with the team.
My father moved in at the beginning of April when Henbrook House first opened. It is a 5-star care home with all the facilities one could need along with excellent staff who could not do any more in their care of my 96-year-old father.
Thank you for a lovely review, it is a delight and honor to look after your father, I will share your kind words with the team it is always great to share feedback!
I've been blown away by the care and attention they've had. My Mum has had constant attention and activities to engage (it's like a cruise on land!), my Dad has had respite time to recover, the 1 to 1 care he's desperately needed and is now also engaging with activities and coming to terms with the big decision.
The home itself is amazing! Purpose-built, brand new, 5-star accomodation. The food is really yummy and they want for nothing with as much tea/coffee and soft drinks as they want with tasty snacks. There's even a bar for something stronger. The staff are all lovely and are sending me daily pics. Could not be happier.
Thank you so much for your kind words! we are privileged to be caring for your parents and so pleased they have settled into Henbrook House. I will pass on your comments to the team who I know will be delighted to hear your feedback.
