My father has been at Portsdown View for nearly two years. He is very happy there, the staff, facilities and food have made his life have purpose and quality. The staff are consistently lovely, caring and patient. I visit him and leave in the knowledge he is safe, well-liked and looked after. I cannot

My aunt moved into Meadowbrook at age 96 in May 2025. After a short period of settling in she tells me she feels safe and at home. Meadowbrook staff are excellent, and the level of care and real concern is clear. She recently had a short stay in hospital and she was welcomed back like royalty. The food
and menu are excellent and all home cooked , fresh and tasty. The facilities and activities are varied, good quality, and there is always something going on.

After a difficult experience at another care home we were recommended to see this new home in Chichester and, as a result, moved our 93 year old uncle who has dementia and our 90 year old aunt to Waterhaven at the beginning of September. There has been a significant improvement in their health, their
enjoyment of life and their contentment which is all due to the ethos and quality of care they are receiving. The staff are very professional and caring, and there is always a warm welcome for visitors. We are delighted with the quality of care and have no hesitation in recommending Waterhaven in Chichester.

I can't speak highly enough about Henbrook House Care Home in St Neots. My mother has been a resident here for the past 5 months and the level of care has been truly remarkable.
Her health, happiness & wellbeing has been improving week on week.
Every member of the team has contributed to making
my mum feel welcome and happy with her stay at the home.
The gourmet food, healthy diet, group activities, medical care team, wellbeing program & the management team have all proved invaluable in the successful integration of mum into this wonderful home.
Henbrook's ethos of respect, empathy, support & care for all their residents is clearly heartfelt by all the team. They all go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcomed and part of a big family.
I'm looking forward to our mum continuing to enjoy her life & make the most of everything Henbrook's has to offer her going forwards.
Keep up the exceptional work Henbrook's & thank you.

I was initially impressed by the standard and cleanliness of Waterhaven, admittedly it is newly built. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The home services and support satisfied all aspects of my mother's needs; the respite care enabled me to fully relax whilst on my holiday. My mother
settled in and made friends. The staff achieve the correct balance between gentle encouragement to participate versus respecting the resident's wishes. The outing activities are varied and well organised. Overall, my mother enjoyed her stay and was made very comfortable by the caring staff.

Meadowbrook is like walking into a 5 star hotel. It's immaculately clean and nice light decor. The staff are amazing. They are so kind, caring and so pleasant. Always so willing to help with any concerns family visitors have with their loved ones. The food is excellent, make by the chefs. The atmosphere
here is lovely and everybody seems happy and so do the residents. It's lovely and warm for the residents, which is so important and it smells pleasant and not of urine. My father in law wasn't happy with his chair in his bedroom, had a chat to one of the managers and she sorted out for him. The bedroom he has is a nice size and luxurious, with a fantastic en-suite. We love the private family and friends rooms too. We can't fault Meadowbrook. When we are old we want to move in there.

From the moment we first stepped inside 'The Chase', we knew it was the right place for Dads respite stay. The home is modern spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I loved every piece of furnishing. Dad's room was large, spacious, the ensuite was well equipped to cover all his needs. What really
stood out was the staff, every singe member of the team were friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy in their work. That positively created such a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that dad felt very comfortable and well looked after. The food was excellent, lovely bonus was family and friends could eat when visiting. He was very proud giving his visitors a guided tour!. I will absolutely recommended The chase! Thank you everyone for making dads stay such a lovely experience. He'll definitely be back for future respite care.

I have some experience of care homes as I had the sad task of finding one for my late father, and we ended up with real duds. I was braced for being disappointed by Waterhaven, where my mother is enjoying respite care. It is in a different zone from the other care homes we tried. The facilities are
good, the food is absolutely excellent (and that really lifts the spirits). What makes this place so special however is the staff. Every member of staff is positive, active, tireless and professional. Nobody has a magic wand, of course, but they do subscribe to the notion that nothing is too much trouble. My mum wants to get home, but the whole family knows that she could not be in a better place.

My Mum went into respite for almost 4 weeks. We picked her up today and Mum looked really well.

The staff are really lovely and the care they showed towards her was amazing. I think Mum was a bit anxious at first and did have constant issues with her hearing aids which I think stopped her getting

involved as much as she normally would. The staff were extremely encouraging towards her and Mum really enjoyed talking to them all.

Thank you so much for everything

I spent two weeks at Waterhaven Place for respite care, after hip replacement surgery, and I could not have wished for better care. All of the staff there were friendly, helpful and could never do enough for you. Every need was catered for, the amenities were marvellous, everywhere was spotlessly clean,

We moved my dad to Meadowbrook in July 2025 after he'd been in care for several years prior at another care home. We were absolutely blown away with what presented us. It was unlike any other care home we'd seen before. More like a 5 star hotel. We wished meadowbrook had been open when my dad first
went into care as he would have felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately having dementia he's unable to enjoy everything that Meadowbrook have on offer. Nowadays we are more interested in dad being comfortable, we'll fed and a high level of care and attention. We can't fault meadowbrook in any way. They tick all of the boxes. Since moving here his personal care has shown significant improvement. He is eating much better. And in himself he seems much happier.
We are so pleased to have chosen to make the move to Meadowbrook its not easy making the decision to move someone with this level of dementia but it was a worthwhile decision. Thank you to everyone at Meadowbrook.

From the very first contact, Henbrook have been fabulous putting me at ease as a worried relative. From the moment dad stepped into the home he has been cared for and looked after to exceptional standards. He arrived none mobile as the last home had left him sat in a chair for six weeks with no stimulation
and actively discouraged him to move. Slowly dad has got some of his mobility back and is gradually joining in with daily activities. The staff are exceptional and the compassion and care they show is five star. Thank you.

I came into The Chase following a spell in hospital and could not cope on my own. I do not have dementia so just needed looking after while I rested and recovered. This means I do not need the specialist care offered to majority of patients. For me I would have liked more activities as there is a lot
of 'dead' time between meals. Definitely need more things to do! Why no cinema? i have to accept the home is not the right place to be! I think it serves dementia residents very well from what I've seen.
