My mother moved into Willowbrook View in July last year, never quite making the 100. The care that she received was exemplary. The care the we, the family received was also exemplary. I have vast experience of elderly care and love the attitude of management towards the whole experience for the customer
- the elderly, those impaired in some way and their family. The staff, every one are a credit to the home. My mother had a special bond with all of them. The layout of the home is amazing, clean and fresh. I can find no faults, a few hiccups initially but soon ironed out, just balancing our needs and expectations. Thank you all.

When my mother became a resident at Willowbrook View in the Autumn last year, she was in a sorry state after being in and out of hospital. Within a few weeks she was looking so much better, her overall health has improved, her hair and nails are lovely and she is clearly very well cared for. As soon
as we arrived all the staff were warm and friendly, willing to assist with anything we needed. My mother is able to join the varied activities and the staff have facilitated her contact with the local church. We enjoy our visits as a family and feel welcomed and helped by the staff. The facilities are always scrupulously clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff. My mother's room has everything she needs and is comfortable, warm and inviting. I have valued the communication from staff, letting me know about any changes in her health care or concerns if they have any. We are so pleased she is in such a safe and supportive environment.

Outstanding care home & facilities, particularly Kim the hairdresser. The staff are caring & approachable, friendly & always on hand for every problem or query that arises. The food is very high quality, hearty & nutritious. The social events are fabulous particularly the Christmas Nativity & Valentines
afternoon tea, so lovely to see the elderly residents so happy!

Mum has enjoyed her stay at Willowbrook View. The staff work really hard and are lovely with the residents. The home is lovely and kept very clean. Even though food is nice sometimes more individual choice for the cost. There is however a couple of things I am not happy with. I was informed the care
plan would only be done after contract was signed and payment made. I have asked 4 times to see it but never did. The dr situation was not as stated in the contract! There is no point of contact, no one around to ask.

Visiting my father was a pleasure the care and attention to resident was outstanding,always greeted by staff who where on duty with a smile asking if anything was required if it was they obliged without issues home was clean and warm for residents and amenities available excellent. The placement is very well run, friendly + welcoming to family, friends and resident. My mum has improved in her mental health and independence of eating + verbalising, socialising. The care given is just like home + family communications with family + staff very good and feel it really is a home and

My mum is 95 years old and had no previous respite care experience. She was very reluctant to go, however, I would say after the first day she was happy and participating in activities. The activity and care staff are exceptional, Johnny and Ellie especially! When we left my mum looked amazing. She
said "Well I'll definitely go back here". I feel so pleased I have found somewhere I feel more than happy to leave my mum.

My Mum was 99 in December 2025 and had a hospital appointment on her actual birthday. I thought it would be lovely to take Mum to Willowbrook on the day before her birthday to celebrate with staff and residents before Mum went into Respite on the 19th December.
We decided to have some lunch with Mum
and my husband, Brother and Sister in law came too.
All the team did Mum proud. We didn't
know they had booked the private dining room for us. They had also put banners and balloons in the room for Mum.
The chef had baked Mum a cake which was beautiful and they even gave Mum a Birthday Box from all the staff/team.
It really made her day so again, a huge thank you to everyone involved.

A lovely warm welcoming home, superb staff - so very friendly and caring. Comfortable and light rooms excellent facilities, good range of activities.
Meals look tasty, lovely restaurant feel with linen napkins and printed menus.

My mother in law is a resident at Willowbrook view, she has been there since April 2025,
I can not praise the staff and facilities enough, everyone are so friendly and helpful and my Mother in law has settled in so well.
There are fantastic activities and entertainment to engage her each day and she
loves going out on the trips too..
Truly lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere and welcoming feel..

I found the staff all very polite and hard working, plus always willing to stop and talk and, more importantly, listen to the residents and their families. The care home is always clean and welcoming.

The care and attention given to our friend and ourselves as visitors showed that the care home has the best interests of everyone at its heart. This is something very rare these days and is to be applauded. Care is a vacation, and Willowbrook has been blessed with a great team. They spent a lot of time
trying to ensure that they could meet our friends' eating requirements. Yes, it's a new care home and always learning to further their team, but person centred care time and a willingness to go the extra mile is an excellent start for clients, visitors, and to have happy staff.
