The home is like walking into a hotel. All the staff are warm and welcoming. The residents are treated like normal human beings and are very well-stimulated. I have already noticed a big difference in my friend as she is experiencing a lovely quality of life here. They even welcome the guests with a
freshly baked cake. Over the last few months, I viewed lots of potential homes and this is the only one I would highly recommend to loved ones looking for full-time care.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
Overall good but down to his disability my husband had difficulty using chairs and toilets because they were too low. I would suggest you have a stock of chair raisers and raised toilet seats for taller residents who find the current ones difficult.
