We are so happy with the care my mother receives here. The staff are absolutely wonderful: caring, patient & attentive. The home itself is beautifully maintained. Just a well deserved 'shout out' to nancy @ the bistro. Nancy went out of her way this afternoon to help us - lovely young lady - nothing was too much for her and all assistance given with a smile. Its not always about providing an overall review of the whole home - sometimes its important to recognize an individual. Give nancy a pat on the back - we appreciate her :)

At the Bridge the level of care and assistance is excellent . There is a high level of staff at all times to support and assist residents.
My mother-in-laws care needs have changed drastically over the past few weeks and the staff support her with the highest level of support and respect at all time some of which are very difficult moments .

I couldn't think of a better place for our live one to be at this point in their life .

Moving mum into full-time residential care was a particularly stressful time for the whole family.
As soon as we walked into The Bridge we felt completely reassured by the warmth of welcome from all the staff and the fantastic facilities on offer to residents.
One year on, it's been a huge weight off my mind knowing that mum is in such a safe and caring environment - and I appreciate how I'm always made to feel welcome by the carers when I visit.

In terms of both carers and facilities, The Bridge truly is a model care home!

It's taken dad a little while to settle which is understandable as he's never been without mum
We think dad is slowly becoming settled there, he's enjoyed a few trips out and likes to show his new visitors the cinema room , hairdressers etc

Thank you for all your care , we really do appreciate it

My family and I have been very happy with all aspects of care at The Bridge.
At one point, both of our parents were residents until our father passed in March 26.
The facilities for residents and relatives and friends visited their loved ones are fantastic and we looked forward to visiting our mum.

We were all in deep shock after my 90year old father had a fall during 2025, however everyone at the Bridge have helped us make wonderful memories in the final month's of his life and our mum continues to enjoy the care and life at The Bridge with her new friends.

Reply from Demi Fuller, Manager at The Bridge Care Home

It has been a privilege to care for both your parents, and we're truly grateful to have been able to support your family during such an important and emotional time. We're pleased to know your mum continues to enjoy life at The Bridge, and your kind words about our team, care, and environment mean a great deal to us all.

The Bridge and the Staff are wonderful. My Mum seems very happy there (she was not happy at her previous care home). The staff are very caring and attentive to residents and their families. The facilities are top notch and there are lots of social and creative activities organised for the residents that want to participate in them.

Sunday 16th Nov a small group of family invited ourselves to a fine dining experience at The Bridge care home. It was just amazing to have such an enjoyable experience together as a family to celebrate all that is good and positive about this home from home. I would especially like to mention the food, which was excellent, and the delightful young ladies who served us with a smile in such a professional way. It was an excellent lunch which shows how The Bridge goes the extra mile. Thank you everyone.
