The Bridge is nearing its first anniversary and it has been an amazing year. My mum has received first-class care and in a first-class home. Her family have been able to enjoy with her some of the many events and social occasions and, in particular, attended Buckingham Palace with her and the team -
a priceless memory. The Bridge offers exemplary services and I couldn't have wished for anything more.

The personal care my dad received on 8 January was exceptional, when being discharged from hospital, a member of staff came to collect him. This meant that Dad didn't have to wait hours on a trolley in a chilly makeshift ward for transport back to The Bridge Care Home. It also meant that we could start
our journey back to Oxfordshire knowing dad was safe. Then on our visit on 11th January, I witnessed the most dignified personal care, when Dad needed support in the bathroom. The staff member, was kind, patient, reassuring, not only to Dad but to myself. On both occasions, it felt that the care wasn't just for Dad, but also for myself, which is so reassuring to know Dad is receiving the best possible professional care, even when he is being difficult. Thank you to all of the team.

My Mother moved in October from another care home in Salisbury. After not a very good experience we were very worried history would repeat itself, however, Mum being at The Bridge has given Mum a new lease of life. The home is an excellent place for Mum, the staff are friendly and helpful and always
smiling and happy, as a family we are very happy with the choice we made and hope Mum enjoys many more years to come.

I think the staff are amazing. They go out of their way to help. My aunt is very happy and well looked after. Every time we come to see my aunt we are treated as part of the family. There are so many things my aunt can do (arts and crafts). They also take them on outings.

My cousin moved in at very very short notice. My cousin was made welcome. Moving happened quicker than we thought. It was not a problem for the staff, everything was sorted with no problems. The staff are excellent and the care has been amazing. They have helped my cousin settle in. The rooms are lovely.
The residents are great, they all get on well. Their families take notice of the residents and talk to them. So your loved ones are not left with no one to talk to. It's so friendly, the carers are brilliant with the residents. We were so lucky to find this home. I now have my sister and cousin both in there and happy. Thank you to everyone.

I came for a fine dining experience, the deputy manager met us on arrival, she was very nice, and the bar manager and waitress could not do enough for us. The food was amazing.

The team at The Bridge has shown my mother great compassion. Their experience with dementia sufferers has been crucial to improving her wellbeing. We feel relief that she is safe and being cared for by such an excellent team - from the managers to the carers to the staff in the bistro, on reception
and behind the scenes. Communication with family is always forthcoming. The activities offered are wonderful. The Bridge team truly understands community.

The Bridge Care Home has been the perfect place for my nan over the past few months. Every member of staff is so lovely and caring and nothing is ever too much. They have so much patience and their caring nature shines through in everything they do. I am amazed by the excellent customer service that
is shown by the workers. The support and kindness they all offer makes each day brighter for the residents and for their families who visit. Not only has my nan been in The Bridge for the past few months, but also my mum has spent some repite time in there following a hip replacement. The incredible service and love and care they have both received during their stays is something we will always be thankful for as a family. So much gratitude for everything you have done. Special thank you to the deputy manager and home manager, who have been absolute stars to both my mum and my nan. Couldn't ask for anything more. Those girls have such loving natures. Thank you!

Dad was really well looked after by the staff while he was there for respite. Immaculate, clean, comfortable and safe environment was like being on holiday. The friendly, caring staff went above and beyond to meet Dad's needs and make his stay both restful and enjoyable. There was a full range of fun
and engaging activities provided appropriate to clients' needs, as well as services such as spa, gym, salon and bistro. I would highly recommend The Bridge Care Home to anyone looking for temporary or long-term care. Thank you so much for taking good care of Dad.

Friendly staff, very clean, happy residents. They put on a lovely fair for the local community and residents which was a huge hit. Regular fun excursions for the residents. I would be happy to recommend this home to friends and family.

Notably, Demi played a crucial role in the establishment and management of 7 exquisite private care homes, epitomising luxury and unparalleled comfort.


Last year, Demi’s journey took an exciting turn as she embraced the joys of motherhood, welcoming a beautiful baby boy into her life. She has returned with a renewed passion for her role as Home Manager at The Bridge Care Home. This chapter allows her to focus on the opportunity to be hands-on and closely connected with both the residents and her team. With a commitment to delivering a superior level of care, Demi dedicates herself to enriching the lives of the residents, ensuring their fulfilment and providing an exceptional, luxurious experience that remains unmatched.

Stacey Barrett brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of compassion to our luxurious care home. With a remarkable journey that began at the tender age of 18, Stacey's dedication to providing exceptional care has been unwavering.


Stacey's career path started with community care, where she simultaneously pursued her Level 3 certification in health and social care. Her commitment to excellence led her to Groveland Park Care Home, where she quickly advanced from a carer to a senior position. It was during this time that Stacey discovered her true calling lay in luxury care, and she took her skills to new heights.


Her journey soon included studies in health and human sciences at Bexley College and a two-year program in paramedic science at Greenwich University. However, her heart always remained with those in the care home.


Stacey's dedication and expertise led her to a senior role in a dementia unit, and her exemplary work earned her a promotion to Team Leader. Her genuine care and deep understanding of residents with dementia have made her a cherished presence in their lives.
