I would definitely return there for further respite should the need arise. This is no ordinary care home.

The Bridge exceeds every expectation, and totally changes your perspective on residential living and living with dementia. The entire home including bedrooms and lounges are beautifully designed, homely, well kept and clean. Every member of staff is helpful, friendly and cannot do enough for Nan and our friends and family visiting, they truly go above and beyond. The activities they provide and the ideas created to maintain quality of life and promote enjoyment are never ending and include family as often as possible, it's lovely to be able to share those moments together. The Bridge provides my Nan with the 5* luxury she deserves at this stage of her life and since being here I have seen her thrive beyond all expectations. I cannot praise or recommend The Bridge Care Home enough.

Excellent staff who care about residents. My father was welcomed from the start, with a person centred plan from day 1.
The food was impressive and adapted to meet dad's particular needs. The activities were great eg theatre visits and visits from local groups. staff worked as a team and all staff had basic care training, including reception and kitchen staff. The standard of hygiene was impeccable. The personal care was kind and respectful, doing things with dad rather to him. The management team are determined to provide an exemplary service. The administration was slightly concerning but issues were rectified with the promise to learn from the error.
When dad became very ill with a rapid deterioration in his health, they kept in good contact with the hospital and showed dad and us love and kindness. They gave up a room for free so that we could stay with dad, even providing a put you up bed to be alongside him in his last hours.I recommend the Bridge Care Home unreservedly.

Stacey's career path started with community care, where she simultaneously pursued her Level 3 certification in health and social care. Her commitment to excellence led her to Groveland Park Care Home, where she quickly advanced from a carer to a senior position. It was during this time that Stacey discovered her true calling lay in luxury care, and she took her skills to new heights.
Her journey soon included studies in health and human sciences at Bexley College and a two-year program in paramedic science at Greenwich University. However, her heart always remained with those in the care home.
