It has been the most wonderful experience and care that I could have ever imagined. The staff across the board have risen to all the challenges in order to provide the very best care to myself and all and each resident in what have been very difficult health situations. The care home has also provided
all and every amenity to myself and all resident to find peace, enjoyment and security for their remaining years and lives. I am grateful and blessed beyond words for the total love and care provided and wish to convey my humble thanks to everyone at the home.

I think the home is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the facilities are very good. I thought the cleanliness of it was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the dining room, it was as good as any restaurant, was as good as any top place I have been. My sister was taken
out more than she's been out for a long time.

Mum had a week's respite in The Bridge, wonderful home and staff, she was comfortable there and full of praise for every member of staff who worked there. Food was excellent, had lunch and coffee there several times, always made to feel so welcome. Great grandchildren even catered for when they visited
Very modern being new more like a 5-star hotel. Would not hesitate for her to go back if need be. Lovely activities going on for the residents to join in with. Keep up the good work The Bridge, great team.

My nan has been at The Bridge since January and I love going to see her there. She is always laughing and always looks lovely with her hair and nails so well groomed. The staff are amazing and make me feel so welcome. We laugh and giggle and join in their activities and the many events organised. It's
so nice to meet all the residents and get to know them and Nan always introduces me to everyone saying "meet my friends". You really have to see The Bridge to believe how fabulous it is.

Having spent several days in the hospital, this home collected me in a car with plenty of room and an escort to look after me. They also collected a care plan from the hospital as well as the items I needed for my condition.
I got a very friendly welcome when I arrived and found the staff extremely
friendly. The room was excellent, very spacious with two armchairs and a bed. There was also a large TV in the room. The meals were excellent and well-presented. To sum up, it was like a five star hotel catering for older people.

My ex-husband is a resident and I could not be happier with the care that he has been receiving. The staff are wonderful and so caring - they go out of their way to make sure every resident is happy and have their needs catered for. It's more like a 5-star hotel than a care home.

Cannot recommend The Bridge highly enough. Since Nan has been a resident she has been so well looked after and most importantly is so happy. The Bridge is spotless, it has amazing facilities, beautifully presented and a fantastic team that genuinely cares for the residents. The team have been focusing
on improving Nan's mobility and have her in the gym most days, which is making a big difference. There is a Salon and a Nail Bar and a beautiful outdoor area that they really make the most of. The residents go out on day trips and it gives us huge peace of mind knowing how well she is being looked after.

What a wonderful care home! We were welcomed by the biggest smiles and friendliest members of staff who made us feel at ease immediately. There is a laid-back feel that runs throughout the care home, the decor is beautiful and modern, more of a 5-star hotel feel giving those 'holiday vibes'. The staff
are extremely attentive and everything runs like a well-oiled machine. There is no doubt that the care is 100%, we are more than confident that our loved ones are being looked after and their needs are being met each and every day whilst feeling relaxed and happy in the most beautiful environment.

From the moment I walked through the doors I was treated with friendly smiles and a good aura, to help staff were very helpful and considerate, the care home was clean, tidy and well-organised. The staff in the reception and the bar were amazing and attentive as well as the staff taking care of my aunt,
they have very quickly adapted to my aunt's needs and habits and have made me feel a lot happier with how they care for her and encourage her. Best care home I could have asked for, for my aunt.

The Bridge is such a lovely warm environment with really kind and caring staff, every time you go there you are made to feel so welcome and the care my aunt is getting is fantastic, she has settled so well and has made some lovely friends, there is always something for her to do, and she always looks

The staff and facilities are faultless. Nothing is an inconvenience. My great aunt has never been so well looked after. She has been to the national portrait gallery, garden centres, and bowling, she has a better social life than me now! Thank you for everyone's hard work, it is noticed by the families
who are more grateful than they can put into words. The afternoon tea was particularly well run and very entertaining for everyone.

My dad is in respite there and enjoying it. They have a messaging platform in which they share pictures with you (amazing). All the staff are really friendly, helpful and the home is very clean. Notably, Demi played a crucial role in the establishment and management of 7 exquisite private care homes, epitomising luxury and unparalleled comfort.


Last year, Demi’s journey took an exciting turn as she embraced the joys of motherhood, welcoming a beautiful baby boy into her life. She has returned with a renewed passion for her role as Home Manager at The Bridge Care Home. This chapter allows her to focus on the opportunity to be hands-on and closely connected with both the residents and her team. With a commitment to delivering a superior level of care, Demi dedicates herself to enriching the lives of the residents, ensuring their fulfilment and providing an exceptional, luxurious experience that remains unmatched.

Stacey Barrett brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of compassion to our luxurious care home. With a remarkable journey that began at the tender age of 18, Stacey's dedication to providing exceptional care has been unwavering.


Stacey's career path started with community care, where she simultaneously pursued her Level 3 certification in health and social care. Her commitment to excellence led her to Groveland Park Care Home, where she quickly advanced from a carer to a senior position. It was during this time that Stacey discovered her true calling lay in luxury care, and she took her skills to new heights.


Her journey soon included studies in health and human sciences at Bexley College and a two-year program in paramedic science at Greenwich University. However, her heart always remained with those in the care home.


Stacey's dedication and expertise led her to a senior role in a dementia unit, and her exemplary work earned her a promotion to Team Leader. Her genuine care and deep understanding of residents with dementia have made her a cherished presence in their lives.
