Kirsty has been part of the Northcare team for the past two years and brings with her over 15 years of nursing experience. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong clinical background and a wealth of practical knowledge, which is reflected in the high standard of care she provides to residents on a daily basis.
During her time with Northcare, Kirsty has become a valued and dependable member of the nursing team. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, compassion and a calm approach in her work, supporting both residents and colleagues while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and safety.

Her strong care background, calm approach and genuine commitment to supporting residents have made her a real asset within Northcare Residences. Beyond overseeing daily meal preparation, Anthony plays a key role in coordinating special events for clients and their families. These include private dining experiences, summer barbecues, and innovative chef-led activities such as ‘Chef's Masterclass’, themed evenings celebrating international cuisines, and monthly cheese and wine afternoons. Tony also involves clients through focus groups, allowing them to contribute to shaping future menu options.
Anthony brings a wealth of culinary expertise and leadership to his role, having previously spent almost 25 years as Head Chef at Celtic Football Club & Manchester Utd respectively. He lead a talented team, delivering nutritionally balanced and performance-optimising meals to players, staff, and special guests. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every dish supports peak athletic performance while maintaining exceptional flavour and quality. In addition to overseeing daily meal service, Anthony curated specialised menus for match days, training camps, and high-profile club events. His innovative approach introduces diverse, globally inspired dishes, ensuring variety while meeting the unique dietary needs of professional athletes.
