Beyond overseeing daily meal preparation, Anthony plays a key role in coordinating special events for clients and their families. He lead a talented team, delivering nutritionally balanced and performance-optimising meals to players, staff, and special guests. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every dish supports peak athletic performance while maintaining exceptional flavour and quality. In addition to overseeing daily meal service, Anthony curated specialised menus for match days, training camps, and high-profile club events. A qualified chef with an HNC in Professional Cookery, Amir received West College Scotland’s Hospitality Student of the Year Gold Medal in 2016. His varied background brings creativity, skill and an understanding of high-end care home dining to the kitchen team at Northcare Residences. Read less

Gillian brings over 30 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, having worked extensively across Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. Throughout her career, she built a strong reputation for both her technical expertise and her personable, client-focused approach.

She successfully owned and managed her own salon for many years, where she developed a loyal client base and maintained consistently high standards of service. In addition to this, Gillian operated the salon within our sister home, Clarkston House, for five years. During this time, she gained valuable experience working within a care environment, tailoring her services to meet the needs of residents while ensuring comfort, dignity, and a positive experience for all.
