My son and daughter were looking for me to have a couple of weeks' respite, and as soon as they found Potters, that was the place to be. I spent 2 weeks in there, and it was out of this world. Everything was spotless and very clean. As for the staff, I can't thank them enough, they were superb, kind, helpful, friendly, they were fantastic. I would recommend Potters to everyone, and if the time arose, I would be back there in a shot. Many, many thanks to everyone.

I cannot recommend the staff at Potter House highly enough, they are ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC in every respect. My dad is receiving the very best dementia care from all the team, me and my family cannot thank them enough.
Every single member of staff that we have met are knowledgeable , attentive and caring, we have even seen dad enjoy himself to a level pre his dementia.
The home is extremely well managed, the care is second to none and the food, from what dad tells me is better than in a 5 star hotel!! The premises are very well appointed and luxurious with every care taken in the design and decoration to help people suffering from dementia.
The team at Potter House consistently go above and beyond in providing care and support for dad and are always proactive in keeping us informed of things. Everything they do is with a smile on their face and with the utmost consideration for my dad and the family's feelings.

Potter House and its staff are "Simply the Best" Thank you everyone!!

I could not be more grateful to all the staff at Potter House who have made my mum feel so welcome. I truly believe she is receiving the best care, her every need is catered to and the staff go above and beyond for anything she needs! The chefs are amazing and serve the most delicious food, she often has manicures and pedicures, she has her hair done every week in the salon and gets to go out every day down to the shop for her morning paper! She's been to a show, taken for an eye test and her Drs nothing is too much trouble! Would highly recommend Potter House to anyone looking for full time care. It is nicer than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in with lovely grounds and gardens.

My father was in respite for 2 weeks. Whilst he was there he was extremely well cared for. The staff and management were friendly and compassionate to his needs and nothing was too much trouble. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and the food was "superb". The home itself is beautifully laid out and the rooms are spacious and clean.
