Overall I am satisfied with Grace Court. It is still early days as my parents have only been residents around 6 weeks. When I have visited the staff are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there., there is always a warm welcome. There have been a couple of issues but I am sure this will settle down soon.
What a wonderful home this is, my mother is only in for respite but she's so happy here I'm thinking maybe she'll would want to stay as full time if you'll have her, lots of great activities going on and it's a beautiful well kept home the rooms are massive I just can't want any more for my mum, thank you all so much.
What a Amazing place , it really is a wonderful & caring Home , the staff are truly Fantastic and each and everyone one we have met has made mums first week so very special for us all as we are all learning along the way , from kindness to our Family & mum such warmth , ready to help and advice at any ask we couldn't have wished for more , singing & dancing and lots more fun has kept my Beautiful mum Happy and made to feel part of the Homes Family your all so wonderful and Angels in uniforms Thank you Xx
All staff are helpful and caring. The home is clean, rooms are well maintained. Fresh food always looks appetising and a choice is provided. Entertainment is provided daily and the staff take care to make it fun.
The staff are a real team at Grace Court. They are so kind + caring. If a problem arises the problem is dealt with efficiency + with thoughtfulness our mum is treated with dignity + kindness by all the staff. We had a lovely meal together today + a fun afternoon listening to a number of staff on the karaoke with the residents + families joining in. Well done everyone in making this a happy place to be.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind, thoughtful reply. Our team truly are passionate about providing the best possible care for our residents. Your kind words are a testament to everything we strive to achieve as a team.
My mum is quite new to Grace Court. Our experience has been very positive. From arranging to get mum into Grace Court to settling her in has been very good. The care staff are very caring and attentive and the management have been excellent at answering any questions and putting our minds at rest. Our minds rest easier now knowing that she being cared for professionally.
From initial contact to my mother in law moving in Grace Court the staff have been exemplary. Katie deserves special mention. Always delivering what she promises with a smile. The buildings and facilities are excellent. All room and areas are light and airy. All of the staff we have come into contact with have been friendly and welcoming. Food is of a high standard.
I looking for 2 weeks respite, but was beside myself with guilt at doing. Unfortunately, as I was not in great health, it was agreed this was the best way forward.
Grace Court & its staff have not disappointed. They have gone the extra mile knowing that I would be the issue & not mum. I was advised to call as many times as I needed to check she was ok & not fretting.
On the day of mum's arrival, they took care immediately, made her feel so welcome, took her to meet the other residents & as it was a lovely day, she even had drinks on the patio. Later in the afternoon, pictures were sent of mum with her drink, smiling & seemed to be enjoying herself!
I have been updated with her wellbeing, what she has done during the day, how well she had eaten.
Would recommend this care home without a shadow of a doubt

A very clean comfortable and happy setting I have both my parents in this home, they have both settled in very well. They both seem happy and content. They always look clean, and are fed very well. The staff are amazing they can never do enough for my parents and also visitors when they come. It is like a five * plus hotel. They are always trying different activitys and outings out for the residents so happy we found a place like this for my parents. Amazing.

Lovely care home, very friendly and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is very good plenty of choice. Relatives are always welcome. Got to say its more like a friendly hotel than a care home.

The food in Grace court is very good quality and varied in choice. Its also such a good idea for visitors to be able to eat with a resident if this is wanted, I can spend more time with Mum. I've eaten many times with Mum at Grace Court, I found the food to be very good.

Hi, I’m Louise, and I have the privilege of serving as the Deputy Manager at Grace Court. I have worked for the company for 9 years. I started as a care assistant and have worked almost every role within the home. I have been a Deputy for the past 3 years and have enjoyed making a positive difference to my Residents. When I’m not at work, I enjoy indulging my passions. I’m an avid traveller, ticking off destinations from my bucket list whenever I can. My greatest achievement is being a mum to my two beautiful boys. I truly believe life is about embracing the little things that bring happiness, and I aim to bring that spirit into everything we do at Grace Court.

Hello, my name is Katie, and I am the Customer Relations Manager here at Grace Court. I previously worked with our sister company, Runwood Homes, before joining Sanders Senior Living. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of leadership and management roles within the care sector, and I am truly passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
Outside of work, I enjoy visiting car boot sales, reading, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I am incredibly excited to be part of the Grace Court community and look forward to meeting everyone individually and learning more about your personal journey into care.

My name is Elizabeth. I am the Home Administrator here at Grace Court. I recently returned to Sanders Senior Living after a few years' break, during which I devoted my time to helping with my grandchildren. Before that, I proudly served at the head office for 29 years as the procurement and purchasing manager. The most important aspect of my role is ensuring that both staff and residents feel supported. Knowing I contribute to their well-being gives me a profound sense of fulfilment. I am dedicated to keeping staff up to date with their training and ensuring they have the resources needed to excel. After all, it’s the dedication and hard work of our amazing staff that make this home run so smoothly. Spending time with my children and grandchildren is my greatest joy. I also have a passion for holidays and cruises, which allow me to explore and relax. A keen swimmer, I have always enjoyed this activity as a way to stay active and refreshed.

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am the Head Chef here at our beautiful Grace Court. I have been cooking in various restaurants for 20 years.

I have worked in care since I was 27, all of which I was with Runwood Homes. Over the years, I have worked my way up to Home Manager before moving to Australia for 20 years. I’m now back with Sanders Senior Living and excited to be part of this new team.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my two dogs, spending time in the woods and being social with my family.
