Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

As the home is brand new you would expect it to be first class. It is, the finish inside is excellent the food is wonderful & plentiful. Hospitality from staff is also excellent. Well done. Mum will be back for future respite and if need be to stay in the future.

From the moment we were introduced to the home, it became clear that Samuel House is not just a care facility but a thoughtfully run and genuinely welcoming community that places residents and their families at the heart of everything they do.
The Care Home Manager has set a truly outstanding tone for the entire establishment. Her leadership is evident in every detail-from the high morale of the staff to the smooth, respectful, and compassionate way that care is delivered day and night. The Front of House Manager deserves equal commendation. As Home Manager, one of the most important parts of my role is providing a safe and comfortable environment that residents truly feel is home.
I believe strong leadership, effective communication, resilience, and compassion are essential in this role. We all work incredibly hard to ensure every resident receives the very highest standards of care.
Every day is different, but I enjoy challenges and finding creative solutions to problems. One of the highlights of my role is seeing the special moments the team helps create, whether through celebration events or activities that everyone can enjoy. It is these moments, where you see genuine smiles and joy, that really reinforce why we do what we do.
I am always proud to see the positive impact we have on people’s daily lives, and it is a privilege that families trust us to care for their loved ones.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafts, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
