This beautiful, brand-new home is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated-but what truly stands out is the staff. The management team are genuinely caring and go above and beyond. Every assistant and staff member we've met is warm, attentive, and clearly happy in their work. It's a real comfort knowing our mum is in such capable and compassionate hands.

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation and deep satisfaction with the exceptional standard of care and service provided at Samuel House Care Home, Shipley Lakeside, where my precious mum has recently become a resident. From the moment we were introduced to the home, it became clear that Samuel House is not just a care facility but a thoughtfully run and genuinely welcoming community that places residents and their families at the heart of everything they do.
The Care Home Manager has set a truly outstanding tone for the entire establishment. Her leadership is evident in every detail-from the high morale of the staff to the smooth, respectful, and compassionate way that care is delivered day and night. The Front of House Manager deserves equal commendation. From the warm welcome to the consistent professionalism in all interactions, they help create a sense of trust and calm for families and residents alike. Thank you to the whole team! You are doing an amazing job.
