Overall Experience
Nice building and surroundings, shame I cannot say anything positive about the care.

My mother in law is slumped in a chair all day, which has now led to further health problems. If I can manage to get her up why can't they? I work in care and see plenty of Dementia customers that enjoy a good quality of life because they are treated like an individual and promote their independence and have some one to one conversations. Sunrise is expensive and the care does not represent that, they wanted more money because my mother was getting more difficult, gave no empathy or showed concern about her wellbeing! They specialise in Dementia and staff should be able to deal with challenges in the care industry, the patients on the 1st floor all look depressed and unhappy, no person centred care whatsoever, avoid!!
