When visiting everything is lovely and clean. Everyone seems happy and friendly.

My mum is well-looked after.
The staff ensure she has the best care considering her mental condition.
They are excellent at keeping me informed about things which is good as I am a distance away and this is always reassuring to know that she is being looked after so well.
As far as I can tell, my
mum feels safe here and has the best quality of life as possible given her condition.

My old friend has been a resident for 9 months. Thanks to the staff, care, friendliness and support he's settled well and happy. Staff always welcoming and on hand when I visit contact me by phone if any problems. I keep regular contact with his family who are happy with care too.

I am very well looked after. Staff are very patient and caring. There are various activities, quizzes, discussions, outings etc. The home has it's own minibus visits to places of interest and a range of indoor entertainment to cater for all tastes.

I feel very pleased to have got Mam a place in this care home. I visit nearly every day and always found that Mam is well presented and happy. it has a lovely atmosphere - the staff are happy, friendly and nothing is a problem. I'm kept well informed of Mam's medical conditions and the staff act
very quickly when they think doctors and nurses etc are needed. The food looks lovely and regular drinks and eats are offered. Would definitely recommend.

Walking into the care home I knew it was the one for my mother - very welcoming and clean. The manager took time out to speak to us and was so helpful. Everyone at the home spoke to us and was so helpful. My mother has to have another operation and if it does not go well I would certainly want her to
have the chance to stay there. I have already recommended this home to my friends who have elderly relatives. When I come home I have no worries for my mother's care or safety.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hartford Court and the care they gave my father and also for the support they gave the family. Dad was more engaged with life during his eight months at Hartford Court than he had been in the previous eight years. Thank you.

My father has just moved into Hartford Court, we were a little worried about how he would settle in.
We needn't have worried, dad loves it, he eats everything, the staff are very attentive and I feel happier that he is in a safe and secure place.

My mother in law visited Hartford Court for a weeks respite care. She was treated with the upmost respect and her care was excellent. All the staff and carers were very friendly and caring towards her. Her room was clean and comfortable and in her words "she had a lovely time". She has lived with us
for 23 years and we are always anxious when we have to leave her in the care of others but I think she is quite looking forward to her next visit. Many, many thanks.
