Oakwood Grange offers a very warm welcome to residents and family members. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough to help. My mum when she stayed for respite at Oakwood Grange was treated with great dignity and very much enjoyed the interaction with the staff who treated her like one of the girls and not an elderly disabled lady. After a fall and a long stay in hospital Dad asked to go to Oakwood for respite until he regained his strength on confidence.
Good leadership at Oakwood Grange all the staff are caring and compassionate about their job, nothing is too much trouble when looking after the residents. My mother in law loves the attention she is receiving from the lovely people who care for her. A first-class service.

I would definitely recommend Oakwood Grange. I cannot thank the management and carers enough for the care they gave my mother when she was admitted on end of life, fast track. She was only in for two weeks but the staff seemed more like friends and had so much concern for my mum. By having them provide the care she needed it made it so much easier for us as a family to spend precious time with her. Thank you so much to everyone.

I cannot thank them enough.
My mother was in this care home until her death in March 2021. The staff were brilliant with my mum. The care and attention my mum received was fantastic. A carer sat with Mum until myself and sister's arrived due to her imminent death.

Having been at the home for a few months now, I find it quite neat, clean and refreshing. I would recommend to any friends or relative quite easily.

Mother has been in the care home since July and over that time the care and compassion from all the staff has been very good and appreciated by all the family. They have maintained good contact with all our family on a day to day basis.

My father came to stay for respite after being seriously ill in hospital and unable to look after himself. It was agreed that he could become a permanent resident much to his relief and mine. The staff look after my father with dignity, care and respect and have brought him on in himself, healthwise in a way that is second to none. Knowing he is here being cared for is a great relief to myself.
