My father-in-law had dementia we were always welcome to visit any time. He was always clean and comfortable and well fed the carers both male and female always had time for him. The home arranged all his doctors and hospital appointments and kept us informed. The staff were friendly and approachable
and could answer any questions we had. He had regular haircuts and chiropody appointments.

My mother went into Highgrove on the 14/8/15 until the 18/8/15, just for me to have a break hoping she would like to stay! Long term! She praised all the staff but there was no activities that weekend. The only fault I had was that someone put wet nightgown and dirty wet flannel all in one bag with
good quality knitted clothes.

When my mum was diagnosed with vascular dementia 5 years ago, my sister and I did a detailed due diligence on suitable care homes in our area.


Having selected Highgrove, we have not been disappointed. During her time there she has always been well looked after. Recently, her condition began to deteriorate

and I have to say that the care from the staff there has been nothing short of exemplary throughout her final days.


Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved. Thank you!
