My mam has been in Rosewood for over 3 years, and as a family, we have always been very pleased with the care she receives. We are always made to feel very welcome whenever we visit, and the organisation of visits during COVID have been great, well organised.

My mother has been at Rosewood for two years now, and I can't speak highly enough of all Rosewood staff in the care they have shown to my mum. The past 12 months have been very challenging due to the pandemic, but they have dealt with all the extra demands this has brought marvellously. I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend Rosewood to anyone who is considering care for an elderly relative.

As a niece of one of the residents in Rosewood House I’m extremely happy with the care that she receives. The staff are very professional and caring. My wife moved to Rosewood House from a challenging behaviour unit. At first, I was worried would she accept the change, would the care be at a level previously received. I would just like to say Rosewood staff are amazing, the wife is extremely comfortable and relaxed and gets very pampered. Nothing
seems too much bother from carers to management all make both my wife and I at home. Food is top-notch, place is immaculate from room to social areas to gardens. Did I mention how caring and professional the carers are? This is a care home above others, well done and thank you.

As soon as we entered Rosewood, we had a good feeling about the place.
The staff/team are excellent.
Over the 2.5 years my mum was there, the staff had changed, but the feeling and friendliness always remained.
Also, excellent medical care.
I would like to name some of the staff, but I won't in
case I miss someone out.
This is an excellent, caring place for your loved one.

When visiting my sister the staff are always friendly and helpful. There's no smell it's always kept clean and fresh.
The garden and entrance always maintained well. We always call the staff my sister's other family. I would recommend Rosewood to anyone.

My grandma is in Rosewood, the staff are very friendly, and it is a lovely care home. I have been able to speak to my grandma on the phone through the covid 19 viruses, and it is so hard not seeing my grandma, but the staff have been wonderful in letting me speak to her any time of day. Also, it is

My 93-year-old auntie was suffering from age-related dementia when she entered Rosewood House, and now I call her the born again woman. She has settled into the home very well and enjoys the home-cooked meals, sponge cakes, and puddings. She enjoys all of the activities, which include art, armchair
keep fit, and many more, but her favourite is singing along to all of the old songs. She enjoys the company of the residents and the busy life in the home.
The staff are amazing, caring, and compassionate to the residents and know them all by name. It's peace of mind for me to know she is in a wonderful, clean home, being looked after by dedicated staff who genuinely care for her.
