A very well organised and ran care home, providing regular updates during COVID to family. Nothing you ask is every any problem to the staff, after having experience of my mam being in another care home, I think the care home has managed the COVID situation very well in these difficult times.

What a fantastic place to have your mother live. During this time of uncertainty and concern, I have been kept fully up to date by the care home at Rosewood. The staff are so welcoming and helpful as well as being caring and very professional. I know that my mother is in the place where she is happy
and well.

My mam has been in this extremely well run home for almost two years. All of the staff are so caring and compassionate and always go the extra mile for all residents. Most of all mam has been very happy and content. There is always lots of activities and entertainment, something for everyone. This is
without double the very best care home.

Mam has been in Rosewood for nearly four years. From the very first day we knew we had made the right choice. All of the staff are friendly, thoughtful and kind to both Mam and to us her family. During this very worrying time they have continued with their excellent care, keeping us well informed by
telephone and letters about the situation in the home. We have even had photographs of Mam which help us as we have not been able to see her since the beginning of lockdown. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosewood to any family who are looking for a care home for their relatives.

My father has been a resident for over 12-months now due to his dementia needs. During that time, every member of staff has engaged with him to make him feel safe in his anxious moments and care for him when he's not able to do so. They have included him in as many of the activities as possible and
he's settled and happy. This gives the family a great sense of relief to know that he's surrounded by people who care for him as if he was their own relative. This fact is born out on my many visits to see my father, its lovely to see him laughing and joking with the staff.
The home is clean and well maintained with a lovely courtyard garden with seating benches around its perimeter. My father's room is clean, bright and suits him perfectly.
The home has a very welcoming feel from the moment that you enter the premises. The staff are friendly and always available to help.
I want to express my gratitude to all the staff for the amazing work that they doing; well done.

My man has been in Rosewood for a number of years now. From the day she went in, we have had peace of mind knowing that she is being well looked after day and night. The staff are all kind and friendly and go out of there way to do anything for mam and ourselves. In fact, so much so that they even took
the time and effort to take a photo of my mam and write a letter telling us how she was doing as we have not seen her for three weeks because of the lockdown.

My mother has been living in Rosewood House since November 22nd. I am very happy to know that she is being looked after 24/7 by very friendly and helpful staff. The building and surroundings are brilliant, my mams room is lovely, it gives my family and me total peace of mind knowing my mam is safe and
secure. I would highly recommend this care home. The food is excellent, there is ample entertainment for everyone. Thank you Rosewood House for looking after my mam.

My mum in law was a resident in Rosewood for more than three years. We can't praise the staff enough for their care, support and professionalism, not only to our mam but to us as well in often difficult and upsetting times. They gave us peace of mind and gave our mam dignity, care and safety when she
was most vulnerable. We would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone.

My mother in law was a resident there for a short period of time and I can’t praise the staff enough. All staff are 100 per cent committed to the care they provide. They are all very caring and helpful and the facilities are excellent and I would thank them all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you

Our Mam was a very special, caring, compassionate and strong woman. When her memory began to fail and muddled memories took over, despite being a large family, we couldn't manage.


We never thought the decision to find a home for Mam would be so difficult. Priorities were safety, care, compassion,

comfort, dignity and understanding. We found that in Rosewood for Mam and us.
Emotional needs - conversation, reassurence and engagement, absolutely nothing was too much bother.
Physical needs were met with kindness and enthusiasm.
Social needs - able to visit Mam, take her out whenever we wanted. Rosewood organised trips out, singing, entertainment, activities and tai chi - all Mam enjoyed.


Mam passed away in July, sad as that is for us, Mam and us were supported by all of the staff at Rosewood, we have happy memories of our Mam being very well cared for and knowing that she felt safe and was content is a great comfort.
Finally, I would just like to say to all 97 of you, thank you! You all make a great team.

Searching for a caring and happy home is no easy feet. Our initial impressions of Rosewood Care Home have been everlasting. The things that stood out most were there were lots of happy staff visible on all floors amongst the residents, the staff were smart and professional which instilled confidence.
Residents looked happy and at ease with the staff. Mam's time at Rosewood was a happy one, ALL of the staff always had time for a kind word, a cuddle or a chat with her.
Staff were approachable, nothing was ever too much and as a team provided a great atmosphere in the Home. Sadly; more recently Mam received end of life care at Rosewood, her care could not have been better had she been in a hospice; the kindness shown to her and her very large family was simply amazing. Mam was afforded dignity and exceptional care from an exceptional team at Rosewood. Thank you so much to all - Nurses, Carers, Manager, Activity ladies, Hairdresser, Handyman, Domestic, Laundry, Catering and Admin staff.

My mam decided to go into residential after struggling at home and we as a family couldn't be happier with Rosewood House.
The staff are brilliant! The rooms like upmarket hotel rooms, the food lovely, the gardens are lovely and they have entertainment on each day for the residents.
I feel my Mam
has a new lease of life and she's really happy here, if someone is worried about going into this home please don't be it's amazing. Well done to you all.

I knew from the minute I walked into Rosewood this was the best care home I had visited. It had a nice clean fresh smell. It was homely when you walked in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Answered all our questions. Showing us everything we needed to see when we visited on numerous occasions
so we could get a feel for the place. My Nana has been Rosewood now about 4 weeks and already making herself at home. She loves the food and the staff. She thinks they are like family. She says they can't do enough for her and look after her very well. She said they are very friendly and have a lot of laughs them. It lovely to see such caring and dedicated staff treating my Nana with dignity. Myself and the rest of the family feel relaxed and happy with the excellent care.

After 6 months living in Rosewood I am happy that my Dad is safe, happy and stimulated; the staff are genuinely caring, the food and environment are excellent, and there are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. A very hard decision to make, but made easier by the great team at Rosewood.

I am really pleased with the care my mum receives from the staff at Rosewood. My mum appears to be happy and content. The carers who look after my mum are really lovely caring people after the residents who have dementia. They seem to go above and beyond their usual duties so make sure my mum is happy.
I feel I don't need to worry about my mum.
