Thank you very much for your lovely review. It is a privilege to care for your loved ones and humbling to receive such positive feedback.
Thank you for taking your time to offer your feedback. We always value both positive and negative observations. We are sorry to hear that we haven’t met your expectations and it would be most helpful if you could meet with our Home Manager to discuss this.
We have recently reviewed our staffing levels and are working above the required staff to resident ratio. We have also undertaken a successful recruitment campaign and have had a number of new starters join us. We will look at the food offered and will undertake a survey of the food and dining experience and will make any improvements that we can. Our Home Manager has an open-door policy and encourages time with residents and families and we do hold regular meetings.
Once again thank you for your feedback.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are continuously working to ensure that our residents and their loved ones are happy and it is always appreciated when people take the time to give us such lovely feedback.
Thank you for your very kind words. The staffing levels have recently been reviewed and staffing levels were increased base on the dependents of the needs of residents currently living in the Home. Your feedback will be used to help us improve the quality of care that we provide. Thank you.

Dear Sally,
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences of Bradbury Grange.
I am so pleased to hear your feedback covering all aspects of our service. Your comments are much appreciated and will be fed back to the staff team. Thank you again.
I looked at 5 homes in Whitstable and knew that Bradbury Grange was perfect for this time of dad's life.
Our first concern was for dad to be safe as in the night
There are 3 gardens (one a sensory garden) - It is wonderful to see the residents in the garden chatting/talking about the vegetables and listening to the birds.
The activities/entertainment is as good as being on holiday and help keep the residents active physically and mentally.
The managers and area manager are extremely kind, supportive and helpful.
We have peace of mind that dad lives here.

Thanks to strong leadership and mentoring from the Home Manager and fantastic colleagues, I have been able to achieve everything with proper guidance and support. Bradbury Grange is not only a workplace but home for me."
Paula has been the Administration Manager at Bradbury Grange since 2019. She enjoys her role, in particular using her skills and experience to solve any issues as they occur. One of the best aspects of her job has been getting to know both the residents and staff.
Previously Paula was in the Women’s Royal Army Corps and also worked for the MOD and Kent Police in the Criminal Justice Unit.
She has two grown up children, enjoys coastal walks with her dog Oscar and socialising with friends.
Ann joined MHA in 1980 and is our longest serving team member. Initially based at Cliff Deane in Tankerton, she moved to Bradbury Grange when residents transferred there in 2010 and is now a senior carer.
“I feel very honoured to be MHA’s longest serving employee. One of the best things over the years has been getting to know the people you care for, having a laugh with them and solving their problems as well as getting to know their families.
“Being a care worker is an interesting job. It is not without its challenges but it is very rewarding. You have to have patience and be interested in the people you care for. I always say to those joining to look at it like caring for your grandparents and how you would want to treat them."
