Both my parents were residents at Charles Court Care Home. Our Mum for 6 years until she sadly passed in December and my Dad joined her two years ago until he passed last August. We can't thank all the staff for the most amazing care they gave them both and whom became like extended family to mum and
dad. My parents trusted them, and this brought a great deal of peace of mind to us as family, knowing that not only were they so well cared for but they felt safe.
They knew mum and dad as individuals and delivered person centred care throughout to them. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. We'd highly recommend you as a home.

Mum was already at Charles Court Care Home & I was delighted with the care she was receiving. There was only one place I wanted my husband to go when it was apparent he could not come home & thankfully he got a place. I am forever indebted to Ellie, Sarah & all the team to their care, support & kindness
shown to my precious relatives & the care & concern they show to me too. Charles Court is our 2nd home, its safe & warm, we are truly blessed & able to keep going every day!

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Charles Court Care Home for 4 months. The staff are all wonderful and helped her to settle in quickly. The support provided by staff is second to none. When we visit, we can see my mother-in-law before she sees us and she looks happy and content. It's comforting
for the family to know that she is well cared for and safe.

My aunt, for whom I was also Power of Attorney, was resident at Charles Court for almost 8 years, and in that time she received nothing but the most caring and friendly care.
I cannot rate this home and its team highly enough; they are calm, empathic and always put the needs of residents and their
families first.
The fact that many staff were there for her entire stay also shows me that this is a stable environment with a quality team - I was so pleased that many knew her as she was and not as her illness meant she became towards the end, as it made the last year or two all the better for the family as we felt that they knew, therefore, how she would like to be treated even when she could no longer communicate it for herself..
Sadly, my aunt died last week; however, true to form Charles Court have been supportive and efficient throughout the process and as a family we wish to thank them for all they have done and continued to do even after she had left their care.

I am very happy with the care my mum receives at Charles Court. The staff are kind, caring, supportive and very hardworking. They are very approachable and keep me well informed concerning any changes in my mum's health and wellbeing. My mum, and us as a family, are treated with great kindness and compassion

Since the Care Home has been taken over recently it is nice to see the front reception desk manned with lovely staff . The corridors smell lovely and clean and in a few weeks the home overall seems a nicer place to visit....Good job, well done in

My late Mother spent the last three months of her life at Charles Court. She was almost blind with epilepsy and Alzheimer's. She had reverted to her Italian language but the staff went the extra mile to try and communicate and comfort her in her own language. The staff from the HCA's to the management
were exactly who you would want to look after your most loved one.

I was so happy to see my friend so happy. When she first came here she was so low and ill. She has told me that nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. My friend has her hair done regularly and is so much like her old self. Thank you all for your hard work.

The atmosphere in the care home is wonderful. It is spotless. The staff are fantastic, they are so sweet with her. I could not wish for a better care home for her.

My Mum has been a resident of Charles Court for 2 years following three years of age-related ill health, in and out of the hospital. Since then her health has improved enormously, fresh regular meals and the care and attention from staff have given her her life back. A recent problem was swiftly dealt
with by the nursing staff, and I was kept up to date by telephone. During this particularly difficult time, with the Covid-19 situation, it is reassuring to know that she is well and in good hands.

My mum came to Charles Court with dementia following a fall. The care she received in the final months of her life was excellent. The staff were caring, compassionate and treated her with dignity and respect. Importantly they also supported us over a difficult time, keeping us fully informed and involved
to the end. We are grateful for the care and comfort they provided.

Felt very confident in the care and attention given to mother. She was kept clean and tidy and well-fed. The staff were very caring and looked after all the residents well.
