I can't comment on all the ratings, however, the Ashworth Grange staff have been respectful and efficient on each occasion of my visits. The room is comfortable but could do with an additional chair to accommodate a visitor. I'm not sure whether there is a remote controller for the TV as it wasn't evident and my sister didn't know where it was kept. Altogether a positive experience so well done to the staff at Ashworth Grange.

My wife became a resident at Ashworth Grange in July 2021. Because of the covid pandemic, we have only had experience of lockdown situations until April 2022. Allowing for the stringent regime the staff and organisation have been second to none. Everything was centred on keeping the visitor and resident safe in the most cheerful way possible. Once normality returned the Grange became a haven of friendliness, cleanliness, helpfulness, and resident-centred activities. The whole staff from seniors to new starters all have time to answer any query to the best of their abilities.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The garden is lovely, and the care home is clean and tidy. The residents are happy and checked on regularly. There's music being played, which gives a more homely feel. The sign-in process is easy. The security measure in place makes me feel confident having a family member staying here. The staff are happy to help with any questions/queries.
