Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Mum was at Greenfields for the last nine months. From the first day we sat with the manager, discussing mums needs, to the time she spent on Snowdrop unit, everyone I met was welcoming and knowledgeable and cared about the residents. I was fully informed at all times. Mum was cared for and respected.
The unit was well looked after visually, but its the team of staff that make it special. You go above and beyond. It's a special gift. something not everyone can do. So, Thank you so much for caring for my lovely mum while she was with you. You're a special team.
