Care home is satisfactory in general. Latest manager has made changes. Meals are generally good but times of meals, erratic. Water is usually available in a jug in residents room but not always. En suite adequate but could have been larger and we had plumbing issues. Majority of staff are hardworking and dedicated and as asset to the home. Our concern is occasional night nurses not patient friendly and cause anxiety in residents. Trips out getting more regular which is great but local trips better than long journeys. Biggest concern is loneliness. No regular time for personal interaction.
