I'm pleased to say after 2 visits to Mill View to see my Gran this has completely changed. The staff are incredible as is the food and service. The care is given with genuine love and after spending several hours there, this is not something you can fake, and let's be honest this is a very difficult job. I cannot recommend this place enough

From the moment Mum came to Mill View she has been looked after and cared for in the most professional and caring manner. Her medical needs are being fully met and monitored. Her individual medical issues have been shared by all staff through professional training and her support is outstanding by all the carers. As Mum's family, we are made to feel so welcome and are constantly updated and involved in Mum's care. Mill View is an outstanding care home and we feel totally confident and wholly satisfied with everything about Mum's care. It is her home from home.
