The home provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 50 residents in single en suite rooms. There is also a shop for customers and their families within the home to promote sociable, customer-led activity.

Mill View's dedicated care team takes the time to get to know the individual and work with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans to ensure their care needs are continually met.

The care home is exceptional. Set in beautiful manicured gardens.The Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Finance Administrator have an open door policy and go above and beyond in all they do.The home is tastefully decorated to a high standard creating a beautiful living space.The staff have nothing too
much trouble attitude, providing outstanding care. I would highly recommend this home.

My mum recently moved into Mill View and was very unsure and nervous after losing my dad back in January this year. They have gone above and beyond to help her settle into the home and she is really thriving. She is joining in on all activities and it is a real pleasure to visit her as she is so upbeat
and is really enjoying the company and the staff are all amazing and friendly and really helpful. It has taken so much pressure off the rest of the family as my mum was getting so depressed and lonely and we were all worried she would go on a down hill spiral. Thank you to all the staff and management.

Mum is cared for with great sensitivity. I feel that her individuality is respected and valued. Mum is a very sociable person but dementia has impacted on her ability to communicate. Nevertheless she is always included in activities and made to feel a part of the Mill View family. There is always something
going on to stimulate including lots of fun exercise activities such as tin can alley. Mum loves to walk and she really enjoys access to a lovely garden.The staff are friendly and I appreciate how they care for mum with humour, tenderness and respect.

I highly recommend Mill View.
My mum moved in when she couldn't manage any longer in her own home and I was increasingly struggling to look after her.
She was reluctant to accept any change, but agreed to try for 2 weeks in January.
I was worried she wouldn't settle after her being determined to
remain independent, yet I was so wrong.
Mum started flower arranging, then painting in art class, singing and dancing, playing bingo, doing exercise and Tai Chi and celebrated her 96th birthday with the residents, staff and volunteers.
All the staff are exceptionally loving, kind and caring with the utmost professionalism, and provide a safe place where everyone is nurtured and supported to flourish.

Nan has resided at Mill View for a couple of months now; her quality of care is second to none. Staff are caring & compassionate & nothing is too much trouble. Nan is treated with dignity. There is a happy and friendly vibe & this complements the well kept surroundings. The home is well decorated &
clean with a beautiful garden area. Nan's room is comfortable & made homely with her pictures on the wall. Nan was welcomed to the home with thoughtful gifts to help her settle in. Staff smile & are happy. Residents are occupied and entertained with various activities. Nan is shy in nature but staff have brought her out of her shell, included her & encouraged her & I see her joining in with activities that I would never have dreamed she would embrace! Mill View have helped Nan to achieve quality of life & it's heart warming to see how much love and care there is for residents at Mill View; staff put residents at the heart of what they do. Thank you Mill View for all that you do.

We can't recommend this care home highly enough. The care that the whole team of staff gave to my mother in law was excellent and especially the way they looked after her in her end of life care. She was very peaceful and the care she received was kind and attentive so we would very much recommend this

My mother has been a resident at Mill View for 2 months now and I can honestly say that care that she has received has been absolutely fantastic without exception!
From the moment we brought mum here we knew that it was the right place for her and she settled in very quickly. The staff are very open
and nothing is too much trouble for them. I know from experience as an ex nurse how difficult it can be dealing with clients with dementia and other age associated conditions but the staff here make it look so easy.
Mums room is very homely and absolutely spotless as is the care home in general.
It's lovely seeing mum interact with the carers and other residents and she is kept busy with the various activities taking place on a day to day basis.
We feel so blessed to have mum in Mill View.
Thank you to all the staff and the fabulous manager for all the care and support you give to my mum and her relatives.

This HOME is outstanding! The staff truly care about our father and our father has developed a genuine fondness for the staff. We know he is well cared for, well fed and safe. We always feel welcome when we visit. It is always immaculately clean. There's always a danger that you can sound like you're
"blowing smoke" when giving a great review......I'm not. This HOME is brilliantly led by the manager. She has a business to run but my god, she cares about her residents AND the welfare of the families too.....we know this from personal experience. We also know we could pick up the phone to the manager and she'd be there to help. If she wasn't available, the ever helpful staff member would be there! A massive thank you to all the staff. A truly great HOME run by a superb team!

My Mother moved to Mill View Bradford after living by herself aged 94 we all and mum decided it was time she needed help,from moment we visited and the day she moved it we have been so pleased.Her room is beautiful,great views, lovely bathroom,and great social area , she's well feed, plenty of drinks
and always looks presentable and enjoys the company of otherd she says it's like a hotel .The staff are great , always there with a welcoming hello and chat me and my two brothers and family are so happy because mum is well cared for.

My husband moved into the dementia unit at Mill View a year ago. Since then he has been hospitalised twice with severe infections He has recovered well from both due to the excellent care he has received at Mill View. I have also been very impressed with the kindness, warmth and helpfulness shown by
the staff, not only to my husband but to me and all my family during some difficult times. Family and friends are all very impressed by the welcoming atmosphere at Mill View and by how clean and well maintained it is. They have also commented on the kindness and dedication of the staff and management to making this such a happy place for the residents. So thank you all at Mill View. We feel very lucky to have found you.

My husband has lived in Mill View for around 14months so far. He needs help with all activities of daily living and appears happy there.
The staff deliver this care very well. They are very quick to inform other disciplines when they feel medical/nursing intervention is required and always keep us
informed if this has been necessary . The management team is excellent and always there to answer any queries . The home is very clean, modern and well maintained. The catering team are wonderful and produce excellent meals and cater for any special dietary requirements as required. Activities are ongoing and available on most days and appear well attended by residents and relatives etc.,
I am happy with the care at Mill View and know that any issues will be dealt with efficiently.

After accepting Nan was no longer safe at home we came to Mill View Care Home and got nothing but loving support from both staff and management. My mum was admitted for respite. I had no idea what to expect. She stayed on as a permanent resident. The staff and managers are fantastic. I feel I can come to them if I have a problem or a worry. They are like family. I feel happy when I leave her. Mum is also very happy too.

I'm not sure how long my friend was in Mill View, but she was very happy. We were particularly happy with two staff members. When my friend first arrived there was no smell, but it became evident over time. The care at the end of her life was excellent.
