Very pleased with the care Dad is receiving, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hard job working with so many patients with dementia. The food is very good. Nothing too much trouble for them to do.

Granny is well looked after in the home. She is always dressed well with her room being tidy. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They treat my granny like family, that is a big reassurance for us. I am extremely impressed with the range of activities and themed events organised by Wellbeing which my granny gets involved in. Another resident is given tasks from reception which she enjoys and keeps her engaged in meaningful activity. My granny has settled in well and now enjoys spending time socialising in the common room.

Mum has been a resident of Rose Court for 2 years or so now. During that time, I visit at least 3 times a week. It never ceases to amaze me how caring everyone is, from reception, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff, and wellbeing team, nothing is ever a problem or too much trouble. I tell all my friends and many random people how wonderful Rose Court is. I think anyone looking for a care home for their loved one would have a difficult time finding anywhere better than Rose Court. Thank you them all.

My mum has been in residential care for approximately three and a half years. I was genuinely worried about how she would cope when she originally became a resident. However, I shouldn't have had any concerns. The staff from management, nurses, care staff and cleaners couldn't do more. The genuine care that Mum receives from the care workers and nursing staff is second to none. They do genuinely care. I am at ease knowing that she is in the best place receiving gold-star care.

No one wants to put their mum in a home but I am so thankful for Rose Court Residential & Nursing Home. The staff are amazing with her. She is happy there and extremely well looked after. Well-being activities are superb and provide Mum with opportunities, such as a beach trip - I could not have done this given her mobility issues. I do not know how long I have left with my mum but I do know I can enjoy my time left with her now. Thank you to each and all.

Many thanks for your kind review regarding your and Mum's experience here at Rose Court. The beach trip was fabulous and a great day was had by all, the weather couldn't even spoil the memories made that day! I will pass this on to the wider team.

Overall Experience

My dad settled well in Rose Court Residential & Nursing Home. I question all the time whether I have made the right decision for him but when you see him interact with other residents and the staff he now sees Rose Court as his home. The standard of care Dad receives is excellent. The staff are very caring and always up for a laugh and a wee dance which suits Dad down to the ground. Rose Court is well run. It is always clean and tidy. The food looks lovely. I have a good relationship with all the staff and have nothing but high praise for them all. There is always something going on, well done to the activities team, love seeing the photos of all the events you arrange. Keep up the excellent work and thank you.

Although my mother was only in the home for 2 weeks, I was very impressed with the level of care she received, particularly the staff. Her room was excellent, clean and tidy with all the facilities she needed. She seemed to settled quite quickly, thanks to the very friendly staff and I would have no hesitation in recommending the care home to others so much so that we hope to place my mum in this home permanently.

I have been to Rose Court to visit my cousin a couple of times. The thing that has stood out is how wonderful the staff is with the residents (and visitors as well!). My cousin is so happy living here and always tells me that she feels spoiled and so well cared for.

Have noticed a lot of changes over the last year for the better. My mother-in-law is very happy here and is well cared for. Also, a lot more activities are taking place now that the pandemic is over. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mother-in-law says she couldn't have better care.
