Our mum has been in the nursing unit for several years now. Her every need is taken care of here. The staff are lovely with mum and look after her really well. Mum is not much of a talker now but she always seems to be content and happy. She would let us know in her own way if this wasn't the case.

I have found the care and commitment to my parents and the rest of the residence excellent. It was a hard decision to put them into care but I feel happier and content knowing how well they are cared for, from cleaners to managers I could not fault any of them.

Staff are working well under difficult circumstances to keep all safe. Very approachable. One small niggle - I have difficulty getting through on the phone for updates.

I am relating to my mothers stay in Rose Court, which began in May 2018 in the residential unit. Most staff were friendly and helpful, although I had a few issues which I reported and they opt sorted out. She was moved to the nursing unit in October 2019 and the staff in this unit are very helpful and I feel she is cared for better here and is getting the help she needs. She seems to be content and well looked after. During the pandemic, I feel that whatever could be done for me to see my mum was done, and she really was cared for in that difficult time.

My sister and I find that the staff here are excellent. Mum receives excellent care. We are always informed if Mum is unwell or indeed if Mum achieves something. During lockdown, we have been kept informed of any relevant information either by phone or email.

As a family, we have been so impressed with the care and attention that our Dad received whilst in Rose Court in both Galgorm and Braid Nursing Units. The Home is well run and the members of staff deserve credit for the genuine love which they show on a daily basis, often working in difficult circumstances. During the dark days of Covid restrictions, we valued the continued dedicated care and pleasant telephone manner of the staff. We will also treasure the video clips sent to us of Dad singing his favourite hymns. These have left us with such precious memories. We have no hesitation in recommending this care home to others. May God bless you all as you continue to serve others.

My mum has been a resident in Braid unit for over 1 year. In that time I have been very happy with the care she has received there. The staff are genuinely caring and compassionate, cheery and upbeat. I am kept up to date with any changes with Mum, and any issues are addressed quickly. I am so glad that Mum is in a home that meets her needs so well.

Rose Court is a well run Residential home where my Dad has received excellent care from staff members. The staff have a very genuine gift of caring and this stems from the care assistants and admin staff. They really care and go out of their way to meet Dads needs. This has been especially true during COVID-19

Mum is receiving Nursing Care in the Braid Facility of the home.

We as a family are very happy with mum's care and if there are any issues they are sorted out asap. Mum seems happy and content, she has her moments but the staff are excellent with her. Very happy to see her for the first time since the lockdown and she looked great. A bit concerned she didn't know me but she did which was great.

My mother spent six and a half years in Rose Court and looked upon it as her home.
She had many highs and lows during that time and in all of these cases was treated with friendliness, dignity and respect. The staff often went way beyond the call of duty to ensure she was well cared for in every way.

Even when she refused food staff always tried to make sure she was fed by trying to give her something else. The care she got during her last few months was second to none as was the support we as a family received. I would have no problem recommending Rose Court to anyone and have already done so.

On admission for respite my mother was greeted with warmth, familiarity and a song that my mother sings - so reassuring for us as a family and my mother in particular. On a visit today, I have observed in particular a member of staff who is highly skilled, attentive, warm and effective in her management of group dynamics and another member of staff who worked alongside her who was equally warm, appropriate and caring - excellent.

I believe that it is right to speak up when people do their jobs well. My Dad is in the dementia unit at Rose Court. Recently he was unwell and the staff gave very attentive care. In an ideal world, we would look after him at home but it isn't always possible. I felt that the staff wanted him to improve as much as I did. Staff can be taught how to do paperwork and other duties but not how to be caring and compassionate but I saw genuine care and concern for my Dad - more than just doing a job. Dad has improved and it is right to say thanks to those who look after him every day. It is a very demanding job yet I find the staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming when I visit. This makes an emotional time a lot easier.

I have nothing to complain about. Most of the staff are very attentive seeing how busy they are and sometimes being short staffed, they support me well. The food is of good quality and some of the staff are very attentive to my needs.
